Beds (twins) were not full single size and quite uncomfortable. Pillows were very lumpy and the room had no window. Ventilation was only available by leaving the bathroom window and door open, resulting in a very hot night. The room was well appointed and the bathroom lovely with gorgeous toiletries, just a shame the beds spoilt it, as everything else was just lovely.

The only thing I would mention is that the TV didn’t have apps such as Netflix on it. If it did, I would’ve used it to watch my own programmes/films before bed but for me it’s not a big deal.

The room was outstanding. It had everything I needed; a comfy bed with plenty of pillows, a squeaky clean bathroom with a powerful shower, a TV with remote, a wardrobe with drawers and a kettle with tea, coffee and still water next to it. The restaurant was just beautiful. A lovely place to sit and relax in. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff were very professional and accommodating at all times. The food was just exquisite and delicious. They do a really good burger (see pic) that is small but satisfying. The breakfast I had in the morning was amazingly delicious and very satisfying. I enjoyed it so much and it definitely got me through the day. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would definitely be more than happy to come back to it again, even for just a little getaway.

Little bits like the bathroom floor needs attention under the sink on the wall needs alittle attention. Deluxe room I would not expect to have two single beds put together.

On a slightly nit-picking note; there was a heated towel rail in the bathroom but it wasn't on, with no obvious way to turn it on ..

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. The food was fantastic - both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

Perfect location. Beautifully decorated accommodation which was warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely, we were shown to our room and from therein we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast choice was excellent and great quality produce. We dined in the evening and again the choice was excellent as was the service and quality. We will definitely be returning to The Haugmond

Helpful and friendly staff. The room and en-suite were compact but well appointed and clean. The refreshment tray was very good holding all the usual items, nice cups to match the hotel theme plus a bottle of water and a nice presentation bag of biscuits. The bed was not as large as requested but we managed and it was comfortable enough for the one night we stayed. Both the breakfast and dinner offering were excellent with a good choice available. The ingredients were good quality and well prepared. Again, excellent service.

The TV in our room was in the corner and hard to watch, not practical positioning. Intermittent loud noises almost like a generator or fan throughout the evening. Luckily stopped when we were going to sleep.

The shower in the bathroom was very good but I struggle to understand that when there is space, a full enclosure is not used. Despite best efforts water leaks / splashes onto the bathroom floor - which can't be good for the integrity of the bathroom.

The room was excellent as was the food and ambience - breakfast was exceptional.

Very little, if I had to say something I would say that the table in the room was a little high to use as a desk.

The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and well appointed. The shower was hot and powerful, they provided a bath sheet rather than a small towel, which is always a nice touch. The staff we very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Very peaceful location, but not too far from Shrewsbury. Dinner was excellent, the menu suggests wine pairings which were very well done.

We love The Roe room but this was already taken. Not surprisingly we had the last room available.
