Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. My room was immaculate, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

United KingdomWe will happily stay here again but we advise visitors to avoid room 1 which we found to be very noisy, due to the extractor fan from the kitchen, right outside the window.
Conveniently situated for our stay. Easy walk to the bus stop and thence to the Northern Line station into central London. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed linen and bathroom clean and a pleasant breakfast included.

We booked for one night as needed to stay near the hospital, and so pleased we did it was perfect, the breakfast was fantastic too, cooked to order not the typical buffet breakfasts most hotels do. We were so impressed we book for another night, however due to not being able to leave the hospital that night we didn’t arrive, when we phoned in the morning to let the staff know, they said we could still turn up for breakfast, but we were still unable to leave. Would highly recommend a stay here

United KingdomA desk and chair would have been helpful. I had to work with my laptop sitting on bed. The menu for dinner was rather restricted. I could not get what I had ordered because of delivery problems. Only one course available for breakfast apart from toast. What was on offer was good. I was not asked if I wanted another cup of coffee.
Very quiet. Bright room, a bit on the small side. Nice clean bathroom with good working shower. Very comfortable bed! Helpful staff. Within walking distance of lovely woodlands.

The bar facility was fantastic, great vibes, decent location close to central London. Breakfast was also very nice.

Nice staff who explained the necessaries clearly. Comfortable room, option of a bar on site was welcome and decent price on alcohol. Breakfast was delicious.
