Lovely location..off the beaten path so not the easiest to find...however the host gave excellent directions and couldn't have been more helpful. Only a pity I was only staying for such a short time. Would be a lovely place to stay with another friend/couple as had the shared communal area.

I didn't realise it was a shared accommodation. That was a little off putting. Next time I will book both bedrooms as I intend to stay again. Lovely host lovely location

Thought I'd booked a hotel so was diassapointed with the shared lounge/kitchen however if I'd have been staying in the whole unit with my partner and daughters utilising the whole property it would have been perfect.

Out of the way quiet location, friendly owner who gave fantastic information with regards amenities in the area.

Not a complaint but, for our Satnav, the three word option for location is the best way to locate the accommodation. We were provided with great instructions by the host.

Great comfortable, clean and quiet location. We only stayed one night but were welcomed and offered a cooked breakfast which we unfortunately had to decline because of next day commitments - I believe the cooked breakfasts are really good.

A cosy and beautiful cottage with great amenities and attentive service by the host. The room is spacious. Shower is great with provided toiletries. The shared sitting space and kitchenette is clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very close to the place we needed to be, excellent location! The room and living room were super comfortable and lovely decorated, great attention to detail! Bed was massive and so comfy. The bathroom was great too, spacious and very clean.

The road to the property was full of pot holes. However, this was being taken care of as we were leaving.

Nothing to dislike

Very nice comfortable, modern and clean room with excellent power shower in the ensuite. Super comfy bed. A lovely lounge area (only shared with one other room opposite end) including settee, tv, dining table & chairs, microwave, fridge, sink and tea/coffee making etc. Wifi and Parking on site. Close to Silverstone Circuit. Highly recommend.

The only thing that was missing was air con as we arrived in temperatures of 26/29 degrees so had to sleep with windows open and a fan on all night to keep the temperature down.

Plenty of Good quality produce used for breakfast. Rooms well appointed. Bathroom spacious and top quality products used. Surrounding area quiet and peaceful. Lovely and friendly greeting on arrival by the hosts.

It is great to have a kitchen, dining and lounge area with the room, although it is shared which can include them leaving their dirty dishes around. Not a huge problem though.

Really detailed directions to make sure we didn't get lost. Really peaceful location and feels really safe and secure. Beautifully decorated, and good quality furniture and accessories. Bed is fabulous, and the bathroom is really great. Great to have access to a kitchen, dining and lounge area, although it is shared, we didn't see anyone.

There is a second double bedroom off the living, dining and kitchenette which is ideal if you are going to stay with family or friends, but could be a problem if people you don’t know were staying at the same time. It was not a problem for me as the room was not occupied when I stayed.

Lovely rural and quiet location. Clean and well appointed bedroom, en suite and a separate living, dining and kitchenette area, with tea, coffee, cereal and fresh milk provided with the required crockery and cutlery.

Everything was excellent, nothing to put here

Beautiful location, excellent layout, very helpful owner, extremely comfy bed, very modern and clean bathroom, lovely sitting area. Very peaceful, good signage and directions, ample parking. Just the perfect place to get away from it all - but also with good WiFi for those moments when you need to look something up.
