The choice of music in the bar restaurant could have been a lot better. The staff could have looked at the clientele and chose the right sort of music.

The views from the room was superb, meals were excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodated our requests.

The food was probably overpriced. Breakfast was advertised on the website as £10 per person but we were charged £15 per person.

The staff were exceptional, we couldn'f fault them for their courtesy and helpfulness.

There was a little accident in the bathroom, the shower curtain came off from the ceiling.

The room was very clean with a great view. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed watching sunset from the room. The windows can be blackout for a better sleep in the morning if you prefer.

Location was good. Staff were friendly and arranged parking for us even though we had not booked it in advance. Everything was fine. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was of particular note.

The TV was a bit small and the fire doors were a bit loud when slamming. As was the builders starting work at 8 am on the Wednesday. But such things happen. Getting to the top floor is a workout, so be cautious about how far you walk along the Promenade before hand.

The rooms were warm, the water hot and the view wonderful. The staff were friendly. Two chairs in a double room makes so much sense, yet other hotels don't always do this. Thank you.

The hotel has recently been refurbished so the rooms are lovely & well appointed with a walk in shower bathroom. The restaurant is very modern & airy whilst the menu & food was very good. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

My parents have been here for a few stays and always enjoy theirstay. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for them too, easy for walks or just to enjoy the weather and sit and watch the world go by.

Our room overlooked the bins. The parking was not free and very haphazard. Really could have done with a lift.

Breakfast OK but pricey. Not included in room rate. Only had 1 Breakfast on 1st day. Bathroom facilities brilliant. Lounge good. Parking extra and not good. No parking bays and very limited.

struggled with the new menu a bit - very up market! Please don't serve burgers with a bun and fries - it is just too much. too warm at night, please supply thinner duvets or a top sheet.

been refurbished since we were last there. It was looking a little tired before. Breakfast was delicious and no more 'help yourself': all served by smiling staff. Nice sausages! fish and chips were delicious, forget the curry sauce next time! Nice puddings.

A lift would be good but I was aware of there not being one when I booked.

Our first time in Hunstanton. The location, setting and room were just as we had expected. Sadly I had to leave early due to health issues so didn't get chance to sample the lovely menu. The staff were amazing and so friendly.

Too hot everywhere. Very noisy in bar area with music too loud. Too light in the evenings with the lighting. With slight adjustments would be perfect.

Lovely decor and very clean as recently refurbished. Staff were very nice and attentive on the whole. Although slow bar service which maybe due to new starters and the layout of bar? unlined glassware didn’t help.
