My parents have been here for a few stays and always enjoy theirstay. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for them too, easy for walks or just to enjoy the weather and sit and watch the world go by.

Our room overlooked the bins. The parking was not free and very haphazard. Really could have done with a lift.

Breakfast OK but pricey. Not included in room rate. Only had 1 Breakfast on 1st day. Bathroom facilities brilliant. Lounge good. Parking extra and not good. No parking bays and very limited.

struggled with the new menu a bit - very up market! Please don't serve burgers with a bun and fries - it is just too much. too warm at night, please supply thinner duvets or a top sheet.

been refurbished since we were last there. It was looking a little tired before. Breakfast was delicious and no more 'help yourself': all served by smiling staff. Nice sausages! fish and chips were delicious, forget the curry sauce next time! Nice puddings.

A lift would be good but I was aware of there not being one when I booked.

Our first time in Hunstanton. The location, setting and room were just as we had expected. Sadly I had to leave early due to health issues so didn't get chance to sample the lovely menu. The staff were amazing and so friendly.

Too hot everywhere. Very noisy in bar area with music too loud. Too light in the evenings with the lighting. With slight adjustments would be perfect.

Lovely decor and very clean as recently refurbished. Staff were very nice and attentive on the whole. Although slow bar service which maybe due to new starters and the layout of bar? unlined glassware didn’t help.

Everything was fine until the Sunday Morning , my husband is an early riser,so got up had his shower ,no problem. I woke up ,had a cup of te ,then went into the shower , it flooded ,water everywhere was not going down . We turned it off, I had to get out with conditioner all over my head , my husband went to get a mop and bucket . We were using towels as well to mop up . He came back with housekeeping ,who were lovely ,professional and did what they could to help. They told me to finish my shower ,they realised there was something amiss as by this time ,my brother in law is coming to our room to ask us if we had a problem,as he had just had a shower,and the water was not draining away.They told us to go to breakfast ,and they would call the plumbers In , It was a teething problem ,would not stop us from staying there again ,the staff went out of there way to help , apparently because of where it’s situated , Hunstanton can flood .,so not really hotels fault, more a act of nature

Car park at the hotel is not big enough and had to pay for it which the stay was booked it should be free.

Great location, lovely room the bathroom was fab especially the light up mirror. Also hair dryer to use in the wardrobe was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff couldn't be friendlier and the food was fantastic. The Monkfish risotto was the best dinner I have had in ages...staff were helpful and attentive. My son and I would definitely recommend!

It has been refitted and now seems to be like a very posh works canteen as it seems there is nowhere you can have a quiet drink and conversation without the clank of cutlery in your ears.

Whole place well decorated clean and all staff friendly and helpful. the new chairs etc were all comfortable.

1.Not made clear that no parking facility in hotel. Found it only in small print after a 7 hour car journey. 2.All night disturance from other guests either in the corridor or above the room 3. First breakfast was not offered toast. 4. RECEPTION unmanned fpr long spells even when you ring the bell.
