Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is a very old building but in some areas the decor looks worn out. Wasn't overly impressed with breakfast. Not a great choice of ceraels, staff weren't great, portions were very small. I don't think think the timed dining slot was necessary in November!
Beautiful old building in a fantastic sea front location. Parking is great if you time it right, if not there is a private car park for a reasonable fee. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you would expect.

United KingdomWhen in the restaurant the staff were slow taking my order. At breakfast I had to wait ages before my order for a cooked breakfast was taken. It was assumed I was going to eat something before my order was taken. I didn’t eat anything after I had collected my coffee. I had to wait quite a while in the evening before my order was taken or I could pay! Other than that the food was good.
Good price. Staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable room.

Lovely room with wonderful view. Large bathroom with bath as well as shower. Good sized towels. Heated towel rail so towels could be dried between uses. Breakfasts and evening meals were all very good. Good beer at a reasonable price! Slight problem with blown fuse - dealt with really helpfully by lovely night manager and daytime Receptionist.

United KingdomThere was no bulb in the bedside lamp and I like to read before bed. I told the receptionist, but she said that she could not give me a bulb, only their repair man could do that and he was not there. This bulb never appeared in the 3 days of my stay. I also would also have liked a coffee or hot chocolate before retiring, but this never seems to be possible as each evening you are told that the coffee machine is going through its cleaning cycle. Also, when I paid the bill I was not offered the card machine, the receptionist asked for my card and did it behind the desk. Luckily I checked my bank account before leaving as he had charged me £20 too much for the room. He did apologise and make a refund, but it just seemed a little un professional.
The hotel is in a good location and has easy car parking. One of the male receptionist’s was really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly reception and bar staff. Some early morning waiting staff seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. Breakfast was average, kept running out of stuff on buffet - pastries, condiments and butter - eggs overcooked but other ingredients were of a good standard. Room felt a fit dated, at one point electricity tripped out! Mattress could do with being renewed
