Location was good. Staff were friendly and arranged parking for us even though we had not booked it in advance. Everything was fine. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was of particular note.

United KingdomThe TV was a bit small and the fire doors were a bit loud when slamming. As was the builders starting work at 8 am on the Wednesday. But such things happen. Getting to the top floor is a workout, so be cautious about how far you walk along the Promenade before hand.
The rooms were warm, the water hot and the view wonderful. The staff were friendly. Two chairs in a double room makes so much sense, yet other hotels don't always do this. Thank you.

The hotel has recently been refurbished so the rooms are lovely & well appointed with a walk in shower bathroom. The restaurant is very modern & airy whilst the menu & food was very good. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

United Kingdomstruggled with the new menu a bit - very up market! Please don't serve burgers with a bun and fries - it is just too much. too warm at night, please supply thinner duvets or a top sheet.
been refurbished since we were last there. It was looking a little tired before. Breakfast was delicious and no more 'help yourself': all served by smiling staff. Nice sausages! fish and chips were delicious, forget the curry sauce next time! Nice puddings.

Our first time in Hunstanton. The location, setting and room were just as we had expected. Sadly I had to leave early due to health issues so didn't get chance to sample the lovely menu. The staff were amazing and so friendly.

Lovely decor and very clean as recently refurbished. Staff were very nice and attentive on the whole. Although slow bar service which maybe due to new starters and the layout of bar? unlined glassware didn’t help.

United KingdomEverything was fine until the Sunday Morning , my husband is an early riser,so got up had his shower ,no problem. I woke up ,had a cup of te ,then went into the shower , it flooded ,water everywhere was not going down . We turned it off, I had to get out with conditioner all over my head , my husband went to get a mop and bucket . We were using towels as well to mop up . He came back with housekeeping ,who were lovely ,professional and did what they could to help. They told me to finish my shower ,they realised there was something amiss as by this time ,my brother in law is coming to our room to ask us if we had a problem,as he had just had a shower,and the water was not draining away.They told us to go to breakfast ,and they would call the plumbers In , It was a teething problem ,would not stop us from staying there again ,the staff went out of there way to help , apparently because of where it’s situated , Hunstanton can flood .,so not really hotels fault, more a act of nature

Great location, lovely room the bathroom was fab especially the light up mirror. Also hair dryer to use in the wardrobe was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
