Beds were a bit too soft for me. Fittings are a bit cheap (door handle cover came off) ….noise of room above was loud, even just moving about, you need to put better carpet and insulation upstairs.

Nice big room, 2 double beds at opposite ends of room. Location was good, few minutes walk to high street and sea. Place was clean and shower was powerful!

difficult to find the restaurant which was apparently in the basement. Not enough sighs.. Walls super thin so could hear people talking in another room. Very slippery tiles in the bathroom. lack of towels also just two big ones provided no other little ones. no free parking included in the stay £5 extra for a night

I would recommend for them to put a sign in the bathroom asking residents NOT to leave the bathroom door open whilst having a shower as this happened twice resulting in the fire alarms going off. I would’ve thought this would be quite obvious but obviously to some residents it isn’t. There wasn’t a light bulb in the bedside lamp and a little fridge would be helpful especially as we had 2 small children who like a glass of milk in the evening.

It has been newly renovated and is beautiful. The bar downstairs is lovely. We didn’t get to try the food but it smelt amazing. The staff were lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Great value for money. The location was perfect to.

The smoking book was too near the window so the smoke came into the room. The alarm went off for a very long time and there was no one to talk to or to stop it going off

Heating not work, tv no normal channels and would not connect to Internet to use other channels. staff not answering only means of contact a phonecall.shower was dirty and toilet seat all loose .

The street itself isn’t nice. It was dirty and there were drunks around which is a bit scary for kids. We were also woken up at 6am by someone arguing on the phone. The property was so close to the beachfront and shops which makes up for it. There was no parking available but there was plenty of parking on the main road, which was reasonably priced for the day.

Cleanliness, space of the room and it was newly refurbished and modern.

in room five, the toilet should replace the washbasin. no bedside tables next to the bed, but that will probably change soon

The walls were very thin, we could hear another couple arguing in the morning. The room was also very hot with no clear instructions on how to turn the heating down. We didn’t see a single member of staff during our stay.
