The evening dinner was finished at 20:30 . We arrived at 20:00 and the restaurant was closed. We had to go out to eat, we were told the bar was open, but we had drinks where we went out to eat. Also the heating was off and because we had just flown in from Greece we found the room very cold. The receptionist had a heater on where he was sat, but as a guest, there was no heating in the room or bathroom. I think that if they are turning off the heating, they should provide a heater in the room as they did in the bar area.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and it was clean the bed was comfortable.

We like everything, the price, room, staff, breakfast, drinks and definitely value for money. We will be returning.

Warm welcome with extremely polite staff, relaxing environment and a very clean hotel. We stayed inbthe presidential suite and exceeded our expectations, very large room room, large amazing bath and shower room. Breakfast was great cooked and served by a very polite and accommodating young lady.

Double bed instead of king size as expected. The shower was hard to turn off in the disabled room we were allocated. Breakfast was good but we were not asked what we wanted.

Good location. However didn’t realise there was an additional charge for parking. We were not allocated king rooms as beds were double in size.

We had a room with access to a shared terrace, this area was a little unkempt and uninviting.

It had character, quirky, but a nice cosy, family feel. The new owners were clearly still finding their feet, but were friendly and accommodating. The sunny breakfast room opening on to a terraced area made for a very pleasant start to the day.

Breakfast choice was full english or nothing. The milk with my tea was lumpy, took it back and the second milk jug was the same. I think the hotel has recently been taken over so perhaps teething problems and staff will be trained more in future.

Hotel brilliant. Staff brilliant, location brilliant. There is a spoons right outside 👌 however the porn stars next door kept us awake most of night. That boy had some serious stamina. She probably left in a wheelchair

The breakfast was re heated bacon so hard and sausages too They just warmed up everything It looked nice on the plate only the eggs were fresh In the bathroom the towel holder was in a dangerous position I walked into it and it went in my shoulder

My room was located alongside the stairs which made it noisy from inconsiderate residents. Also the window blinds did not cover the arched top, so light from the outside string of light bulbs shone directly into the room all night.

The room was comfortable and clean. A large TV was mounted on the wall. No desk is provided so possibly not conducive to working on a laptop, unless you are comfortable with it being on your lap.

The hotel has ample parking space, but guests need to obtain a display card from the reception and go back to the parking again to place on the dashboard of their cars. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were excellent. However, I prefer sleeping in a dark room, which was not possible due to the partial coverage of the blinds. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would consider staying again if the management fully cover blinds issues."

No pillows present and when told they said they would put some in the room, but they did not appear. Shame as would have given a better score. Bathroom very nice but unfortunately the shower was cold, to be fair we did not mention this and I am sure they would have rectified it.
