No USB sockets in the bedroom and normal wall sockets difficult to get to. Bathroom could do with updating.

The staff were exceptional, The breakfast and dinner were really well cooked and reasonably priced. The website says no wi fi but there was.

There was nothing I did not like, only thing I would have liked was a bath, our room was (big) on suite with shower... High Class Problem ah ? :-)

The breakfast was wonderful, we had the full works offered us from ice cold milk for cereals to perfect cooked eggs and superb sausage, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans etc etc, tea in T pot UUuuuuummm orange juice Uuumm,, loads of options on juice.. Building was lovely and quaint warm and welcoming .. All the staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly, ( sorry I did not remember their names) The room was prepared so nice and it looked lovely, it was nice and warm too..1st class.. Thank you to all of you who work there...

I was told I wasn't being housed in the main building which meant that there was no wifi signal in my room. It was a bit cold in my room owing to poor insulation from the windows although the staff was kind enough to provide me with a extra portable radiator.

The hearing system. The bathroom is very noisy, especially the cold tap. The shower had no head to it. The bathroom bin had no bin liners. Bathroomwas very dusty, the stand was very rusty, Whole room was very cold even with the too heaters.

Staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. The pub itself was lovely.

Dog friendly. No food Sunday night, but provided plates & cutlery for a takeaway we could eat at a table in the bar. Super friendly ,& great atmosphere. Discounted breakfast 3xcellent too!

Only faults; no teaspoon in the room but the fork worked equally as well. Woken up at 7:45 on a Sunday morning by a very loud fan from the kitchen underneath but was already sub-conscious by then.

The room (Family room) was big, very well presented, warm and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was top notch, especially for the price! The scrambled egg was a bit salty but couldn't fault the rest of it; proper bacon, sausage and excellent mushrooms + grilled tomato (and not the Tinned stuff). Probably the best option for the price within a 10 mile radius.

Couldn’t get TV to work and cushions in pillowcases. Real pillows would have made it a brilliant stay.
