We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe static coat hangers were really awkward to use. Other than that nothing else negative, all good.
Breakfast was plentiful but sadly poached eggs were hard boiled. It was served hot, promptly & presented well. The room was a little on the small side but immaculately presented & spotless. Coat hangers were awkward to hang stuff on. Bed & bedding were extremely comfortable & we had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was spotless & shower was hot & powerful. Complimentary items were in abundance and of good quality. Towels were fresh & soft. We had travelled to Fort William on the Midland Pullman & the class of our trip was not compromised staying at the Garrison. The location was perfect being at the end of the high street & we had a mountain/loch view. There was some noise late at night from revellers but once we closed the windows it was fine.

United KingdomOur room ( standard double ) was small and rather dark with very little cupboards and hanging space for clothes. OK, just for a weekend. We were situated at the rear of the hotel where an external pipe was making a noise quite late at night. Closing the small window seemed to reduce the noise adequately to allow us to sleep undisturbed. The cost for a 2 night stay (with breakfast) at £459 I would say, is very excessive nice as the hotel was. Although I understand that is the going rate for the area.
Good location for the town and railway station. The hotel was very clean. The room had a very comfortable bed and a very good shower. Free water and snacks in the room for our use replenished daily. A good breakfast and service.

United KingdomWould have liked breakfast included for the price . Was disappointed they didn’t do food in the bar area after a long drive would have liked to stay at the hotel and had dinner in the bar instead of having to go out and find places to eat .
Nice hotel , quirky design, very clean with nice shower / bathroom facilities . Good snacks left and little treats for the dog. Nice place for drinks downstairs.

GermanyA lift for the luggage to the second floor where the suite was situated would have been nice. From memory the view from the window of the suite was of the adjacent hotel. But the loch itself was a few minutes walk away.
The suite was confortable and clean. The sofa bed was also comfortable and big. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the pedestrian zone and the lakeside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fine and provided some alternatives to the standard breakfast offering in most hotels and properties we stayed in.
