I carnt say there were anything wrong or didnt like great b and b.

The host alan was such a lovely and friendly guy couldnt do enough very homely and welcoming breakfast was amazing very well cooked hot and plenty of it lots of choices best we have had in a b and b by far.

Everything was excellent Owners were friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast, full english every morning. The room was clean and comfortable, I slept like a log each night. Felt safe with CCTV at the door way. Near to the station, town, and bars.

On the morning that I travelled to Blackpool I received a lovely message from my hosts saying have a safe journey. I was welcomed at the door with a friendly smile. My room was clean warm and well stocked with tea and coffee etc. The options for breakfast are endless fruit cereals pasties lots of juices followed by a full English or just egg on toast nothing is to much trouble for either of them.

The room was lovely and clean,the breakfast was lovely and the staff were really helpful. We had a day planned at the pleasure beach and realised we would have to have our bags with us. The staff let us keep our bags there even though we had checked out which allowed us to enjoy our day worrying free. I stayed here as a weekend treat for my 21st birthday and it was lovely. Would definitely return. Ryan

I can't fault anything for the money I paid I got everything I needed.

Maybe a little more care when dusting tables etc in the room, but nothing worth complaining about at the time.

It was a little bit noisy outside the hotel late at night; however, we attach no blame to our hosts and our score remains at a well deserved 10/10.

Alan and Dean were warm, friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The full English breakfast was excellent. The selection of cereal, fresh fruit and juices was superb. The location was perfect. We have been coming to Blackpool for many years and will definitely be returning to this hotel. It gets a 10/10 from us.

Alan & Dean we’re fantastic hosts, facilities in the room & bed etc was superb. Breakfast options was outstanding & the full English set us up for the day.. Had car trouble when we checked out & Alan & Dean helped us tremendously to get us going again..

The weather wasn't great but nothing you can do about that...the only thing that I would change was the fact the bar wasn't open while we were there...this was midweek though so it might open at weekends...it wasn't a massive deal but it would have been nice to go back to the hotel and finish the night off with a drink there.

The location was ideal...close enough to everything but far enough away to not hear any noise 😁...the hosts were really accommodating and made you feel really welcome and the breakfast was spot on!!

Excellent stay the owner was lovely had a little chat with us and a laugh defo would return we stayed in room 7 the big room the bathroom was really tiny tho but I guess that's like every hotel.

Not really anything, the en-suite was small but it is the nature of little hotels so not a problem for us. It too was spotlessly clean

Room was very stuffy and wasn't any fan or air conditioning, Though the window was open I felt clostophobic.

I liked the fact they sent me a message to let me know they was out to let them know 10 mins before I was due to arrive so they would be at the hotel, that was good of them to let me know especially on a busy weekend. All owners need a break , very friendly!.
