Mike was extremely friendly and helpful when he greeted us. The place was impeccable; couldn't find a bad thing to say about it! Every detail was thought of. We really appreciated the fruit and biscuits! Fab shower. Perfect for what we needed - a one-night stop for a wedding at Kelham Hall.

There is nothing to dislike.

It was a lovely place to stay and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for us and as it was delivered on a tray we could relax and take our time. We would certainly stay there again. The nearby pub was very pleasant for an evening meal and was within easy walking distance.

Absolutely nothing negative - this a a real gem.

This was a return visit and it was a real pleasure once again. The high standard of comfort, cleanliness and warmth is a given and much appreciated. Could not recommend highly enough and hope to be back again soon.

A warm welcome from the owners awaits. This wonderful annex in a beautiful location is built to a high spec with your comfort in mind. The bed is super and the lounge is a lovely place to relax. The pub is a short walk and you can find a great cafe at the Horology centre. Southwell Minster and village 5 mins drive away is well worth a visit. Highly recommended, great value for money. Thanks to M and K for making us feel so welcome, we will definately be back.

Perfect location down a lane to take an early morning walk in the countryside. Southwell, is a 5 minute drive with small boutique shops and plenty of eating places. The gardens room is immaculate with very clean, modern furnishings. Kathryn a lovely host. We used the property as a stop over for visiting Lincolnshire so it is was ideal for us.

We couldn't work out the bus timetable to take us in/ out of Southwell., but managed to sort a taxi. We would have preferred to use the bus

Nothing not to like.

Comfortable. Immaculately clean. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a few nice touches added in. The owners were very helpful and gave us about four different taxi numbers when we asked. Really nice stay, would highly recommend.

Location was great for us as we had a function to attend about 5 mins drive away. Our hosts made us feel very welcome & looked after, breakfast was lovely, the Garden Room was very cosy & clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this place.

The village is just beautiful and the garden room is equally as gorgeous. The cleanliness, decor and facilities were amazing. The sheets on the bed were so soft and fresh smelling. The patio doors open onto a little courtyard you can sit in too. It is so tranquil and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks Kathryn and Mike for you hospitality.

If anything a little bigger fridge would have been nice, at least for a wine bottle.

So clean and very nice decor throughout. The bed very comfy and loved all the pillows.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Lovely property, comfortable, cosey, and clean. The host Mike was very polite and helpful, showing me around the property. The shower was fantastic! Lovely bed. Good WiFi.

The Garden’s Room is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The proprietors have thought of your every need. We’re sure to return there.
