The only thing to mention, I would have liked a firmer pillow as both provided were too soft!

Location was great so near to shops! A short taxi ride to the Abba Arena, the main reason for our stay! Spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and all very clean. Breakfast was excellent, all you could wish for in choice. Staff very friendly! All in all an excellent stay!

After checked in to my room found a stained coffee cup in my room. Tried calling housekeeping but no answer, only able to change it the next day morning when I saw a room attendant cleaning neighboring room.

Location is good, near to Westfield Shopping Mall, near to Tube stations.

The rooms were fantastic, very clean, modern, felt quite new and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a huge shower and was spotless. Had drinks in the bar which was very classy. Only stayed the one night as went to see ABBA Voyage, great location. It is about 45 mins outside London though but would recommend.

Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our room including the coffee machine not working and noisy pipes in wall at night.

The hotel is great and very modern. The staff are really helpful and on hand for any questions we had. The breakfast was great and although it's quite far out of central London the high speed train from Stratford international got us into London in minutes.

Parking wasn’t clear. The website mentioned parking at Stratford international, which I did. To then be told you have to park in the actual Westfield. Cost me an extra £8 which wasn’t ideal.

Little bit stingy on the tea & coffee in our room & some staff were a little bit disinterested but this didn't spoil our stay & generally we were very happy.

Location was superb with transport facilities near by as well as the Westfield shopping centre. Right amongst the Olympic development which was a pleasant surprise. Not too busy around the hotel. Bar facilities & coffee shop were an added bonus; lovely hotel all round. Parking in Westfield with hotel discount - 5 minutes walk away

Music in Sky lounge bar, restaurant and rooftop bar was far too loud but probably catering more to the younger, bottomless brunch clientele.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to Westfield for shops, but also close to Olympic Park for quiet walks. Hotel contains cafe, bar and restaurant. Room had sofa, TV and was spacious.

Not much to be honest, we didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like. Maybe the location it was a bit further from Westfield than it seems online but not a deal breaker.

Hotel was very nice, we only spent one night here but definitely could have stayed for longer. The breakfast was lovely and I was very happy to see that they offered vegetarian alternatives for the meat options. Bed was SO comfy, definitely one of the nicest sleeps I've had in a while, staff were all very friendly, I would definitely return.

Roof top restaurant with smoking area was fab for us smokers! The room was adequate size. Lovely big shower. When asked for non feather pillows they were changed immediately 😍

A minor point, the sky bar did not have any draught beer available. When I enquired with the barman I was told that he did not fancy carrying a keg of beer up forty eight floors.

Breakfast that was served in the hotel was excellent. We were initially offered a table that was very low in height which did not suit our needs. Fortunately the lady who was appointing tables found us a normal height table which was perfect. The range and quality of the food and drink on offer was excellent. If you park at Westfield shopping centre the Hotel can validate your parking for a fifty percent discount.
