The property was stunning, loved the hot tub, I loved that the garden was very secure and private, the decor was lovely throughout and it just had everything that we needed, the kitchen utilities were amazing and the bathroom was beautiful, loved the shower. The location was perfect as shops were a 5-10 minute drive away and there’s a local pub just over the road, it was also was very quiet in the area so all in all very relaxing and made the perfect mini break getaway.

Loved everything.

The barn was gorgeous, this was my 3rd time staying and safe to say I’ll be back again soon! Absolutely love it here, it’s decorated so beautifully, it’s always warm and cosy inside and the hot tub is perfect. Sarah is also very helpful, if you have any questions she’s always there to help. It was my mums birthday weekend and Sarah left some little gifts and birthday banners in the barn which was so lovely! Can’t wait to come back again!

Shame the pub opposite was closed due to flooding but the forge was faultless.

Lovely hot tub and so big! Everything super clean! Sarah did everything make us feel and comfortable and welcome. Such a thoughtful happy birthday banner and prosecco. Great communication! Loved full sky tv access and the bed tv. Pictures don’t do the size of the barn justice.

cosy cabin with a safe closed in garden for dogs which made our stay perfect. Very close to Milford on sea which is worth a visit. Great hosts who are on hand for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again,the property has all the amenities and has been kept immaculate.

Fully equip with everything you would need in the kitchen and living area, plus a few extra luxuries. A loverly bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. Very homely, felt like a home away from home. Very clean and tidy. Hot tub was loverly, loverly spaced garden. The host was reachable and responded quickly when messaged.

The property had everything we could have wanted, everything we as well thought out and added little touches made it feel special.

What’s not to like! The place was decorated beautifully and kitted out exceptionally. We didn’t need to bring any of our condiments, for example. Sarah had everything covered. The property felt private and not overlooked and we were made to feel very welcome by Sarah. A lot of holiday rentals are very bare and minimal but Sarah has put a lot of thought into decorating the cottage and making it homely, we stayed just before Christmas and there was a big tree and lots of decorations, it was very seasonal. We had the best stay and loved the hot tub.

Sarah was a fantastic host! This was our second visit and we absolutely love coming here! The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch as well as the Prosecco and welcome gifts. We spent most of the evening relaxing in the hot tub! A thoroughly enjoyable night as we will definitely be back! Thanks Sarah x

Nowhere to put my stuff downstairs. I stayed on the sofa bed in the lounge. No drawers or cupboards downstairs, really. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky when you move. It was quite warm in the end. We tried turning the heating down, but it seemed to stay at 20° all night.

Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic hostess. Lots of lovely little touches, like prosecco and chocolates on arrival. Secure private garden for the dogs, which was nice, to not have to watch them constantly. Not overlooked. Cozy. Easy to park, right outside. Very comfortable bed upstairs.
