I didn’t particularly like how dark the room was. I prefer a lot of natural light and in particular good interior lighting which my room did not have especially in the bathroom. I was disappointed that free streaming services ie Netflix on the TV wasn’t available and in addition there was intermittent TV reception and I had to call the reception desk to come to the room to fix. No USB plugs in the room.

Kiera at reception went out of her way to help with any questions or provide recommendations which was greatly appreciated.

There was construction work going on while we were there, but we didn't notice any noise or mess, so nothing to cause us concern.

Amazing customer service from the staff. So helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out almost every journey we needed to take, taking the stress out of travel for us both.

A breakfast option would’ve been nice, but with so many options close by, it’s really unnecessary. Some construction going on, but didn’t interfere with my stay.

Ordered a last minute cab for me and it showed up on seconds. Should’ve done that to get to the Titanic museum. Located walking distance from everything I needed. Will stay there again.

I was told that I could have my parking ticket validated on the morning of my departure as the reception was open 24 hours a day. I had to leave very early to get the ferry to Cairnryan. But there was no staff at the reception in the morning. I waited 5 minutes but nobody turned up. I phoned the hotel then. A sleepy-sounding employee answered the phone telling me he'd be there in 2 minutes. After a couple of minutes he appeared (also sleepy- looking). He tried to validate my parking ticket which took ages and in the end he wasn't successful. He told me something with the system was out of order and that he will stamp my ticket and I should show it at the office of the car park. I'm not sure if it was a failure of the system or of this guy. At least he didn't seem competent and seemed to be out of his depth. Of course, at this time of early morning (before 6:30 am) no office of the car park was open and besides, I wouldn't have had time to take care of this issue after this time-consuming procedure with this employee. So I didn't get a reduced price for the parking an had to pay the full price then.

Spacious room with pantry kitchen. It was very nice that fresh milk was provided in the fridge for tea or coffee. Despite rhe central location, it was quiet. I felt comfartable in my room during my stay. A good place to stay to explore Belfast.

A great location, and much more in the rooms than I expected - good bed, work space, little kitchen, nice bathroom - this was ideal for a few days work mixed with tourist things at the weekend.

Taken by surprise by £100 deposit when checking in. Deposit paid back very quickly however after checkout.

Very friendly staff, room was a good size. Bed very comfortable. Went extra mile with kitchen providing dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and also a nice pint of milk to welcome us for our coffees. Smart TV also great.

the automated payment as an older person it would have been nicer if i could have sorted payment etc on arrival... .. one thing i would like to point out was the carpet adjacent to the bed was not in good shape and could have caused someone with limited movement to fall... maybe someone could have a look at this. otherwise the room was in very good presentation and facilities very good.

Colour of room and curtains very dark, especially on a grey rainy day outside.. Unfortunately there was renovation work going on in Flint lobby (we were informed on arrival)and adjoining building from early in the morning, a lie on was out of the question.

The location was good. Kitchette was excellent. Bed comfy if you like a softer bed.
