We had a dinner at the restaurant which was nice but we felt the timings were a bit off (e.g. we were served wine and appetizers before the beers we ordered which we intended to drink first) and the starter salad was a bit smaller than expected / the steak was overcooked a bit vs. what we had ordered. There were also some food smells in the lobby and cleaning product smells in the corridor. Our room smelled absolutely fine but the hotel could do with a signature scent to keep the public areas smelling fresh

The room was nicely designed, modern and spacious with a comfortable bed, nice sofa, spacious desk, and great shower and bathtub. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Always a pleasure staying here. Great city centre location. Staff are warm & welcoming. Was very grateful for an upgrade after I messed up my own booking! Rooms are fresh, clean and comfortable... & n'espresso in-room is always a treat in the morning :-) Breakfast was friendly & efficient with plenty of top-ups and nice fresh eggs. I used the parking across the street but they do offer valet parking if you prefer.

This hotel is perfect!!

Very centrally located hotel. First time staying here. From the minute we walked into the hotel, staff were so friendly and very helpful. We had a room overlooking Belfast. Rooms lovely and all necessities taken care of from shower gel to coffee etc even complimentary water and wine in mini fridge. Beds comfortable, pillows comfortable and super king size. Will definitely stay again

There did not seem to be any instructions on how to regulate the heating. Once we worked it out it was simple but not intuitive.

Seemed to be the closest good hotel to the city centre. The staff were exceptional - professional but friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The Residents evening menu was limited but was certainly to our liking, so much so that we dined there every night of our stay.

We arrived early and a room was ready for us which was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed and a large walk in shower with good water pressure! I loved the furnishings and the bar downstairs was good for a drink..would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its actually a silly thing, the decorative mirror in front of the bed was full of prints, i guess it was not clean properly.

Staffs are accomodating and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected, we plan to leave our luggage in the hotel, instead offered us an early checkin. Food in the restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the vibes and decoration are simple yet elegant. Our room itself was superb, with a bed and sofa, space is more than enough for the two of us. It gave us a luxury feeling. All bathrooms are spotless clean. I really love the design of the room specially the bathroom.
