Room could have done with a fan as it was very warm while we were there. We couldn’t get any food on the Sunday after 5/6pm but this wasn’t really a problem. Just minor things that were personal to us.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. Not far from the beach and town. We had room 1 which was very large and clean with a lovely bathroom. Nice tray of tea and biscuits.

Slight problem with the television , buffering due to too many other WiFi connections due to Euro football Cup matches no doubt. Not really a problem as we don't watch much tele. We prefer silence to piped music. An age thing!!

We were immediately made to feel welcome. The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly and the food was excellent. I liked the idea that they only tidied our room, washed cups etc if we wished , so that we weren't disturbed. Delicious fresh fish from the family fishmongers . Pleasant outside garden. We would be very happy to stay there again.

The only little thing we weren't too keen on was there was quite a big step down into the bathroom, but we were warned about it.

We liked everything. Food and drink really great. clean, comfortable room. Staff went above and beyond, and only about a ten minute walk to the seafront. Would definitely stay there again!

Constant smell of chip fat, hand basin was small with a shelf above it, very difficult when brushing your teeth Room was not cleaned the following day therefore had no coffee etc in the room or clean cup

The staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble for them, most helpful. The food was excellent fresh and cooked to our expectations. If it was not on the menu they managed to get and serve what we requested. It is certainly a Guest House that we will be recommending to others. Well done all of the staff you are a credit to your profession. We were going to try other outlets in the evening for a meal but the food was so good we eat in every night of our stay

In all honesty the only issue we encountered was the wifi. Modern technology doesn't always work as advertised everywhere. Very minor issue really

We liked the location and the ease of parking. As well as that we also really liked the building and especially the quality of the refurbishment. The atmosphere and enthusiasm of the staff are second to none.

Really impressed with our room and everything. Staff very friendly, room was perfect. Had our evening meal and breakfast at the tavern and we were both really pleased with the food it was excellent, if you stay definitely eat here as well!! We only live just over a hour away so we will definitely be returning. Also not far to walk into beautiful Sheringham high st. Great place to stay great place to eat and drink. Keep up the good work!! 10/10 from us!!

I have no complaints at all.

This is far more than a pub that lets out rooms. My room was immaculately furnished and the couple who run it were pleasant, helpful and efficient throughout. I had dinner but not breakfast: top-notch food, washed down with a couple of pints of Pride. Recommended 100%.

the weather,there's not a lot you can do about that but we found plenty to do.

we are not big breakfast people but the breakfast was lovely and the coffee was exceptional,we liked the walk into sheringham high street and their was a bus stop to cromer /norwich a few yards away.we had dinner in the restaurant one evening with a good menu and good food and a good atmosphere.
