Paying for parking was not great as you are paying a fair amount to stay at the hotel as it is so parking costs ontop seems quite unreasonable.

Parking was quite expensive and the service in the cafe was quite slow, but nothing too major.

It appears not ready for operation. Water pressure for shower is not good. No Wifi in the room. The payment system is not working and I have to pay cash for the deposit. Staff are not friendly and helpful.

It was quite expensive compared to some hotels, however you get what you pay for and, in our opinion, it was worth every penny!

The hotel was clean, well equipped and the staff were all professional but really friendly with it. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was amazing and the selection for breakfast was vast!

There were no dressers or drawers or tables in the huge Bedroom to put our clothes in or on, and no luggage racks to then even put a suticase on. Everyting that did not fit on the 6 hangers in the closet had to be on the floor! You also need more hooks or another towel rack in the bathroom. The bathroom door was too close to the right side of the bed.

The suite was spacious. But almost too spacious - as it was mostly empty floor space, in the bedroom. We had stayed there before in a different room which was a different layout and worked better for us, but we were traveling with our daughter this time so we needed the sofa bed. The bathroom was lovely - the shower was fantastic.

Parking was an issue but soon resolved by Receptionist.

Property is stunning. They have thought of everything regarding accommodation to make our stay at this hotel exceptional. Our room was very comfortable. Had the best nights sleep. Towels and bedding super soft and luxurious. Restaurant food (we had lemon sole) was absolutely delicious - compliments to the Chef!

Slow service on checking in & out, parking a bit expensive, restaurant seemed a bit cold in atmosphere in comparison to the rest of the hotel, limited restaurant menu. Overcharged for wine.

Rate and parking quite expensive, even for Cambridge.

We asked for a gluten free breakfast - expecting to just get GF bread/toast - not only did we get this, but the server selected the cooked breakfast buffet items from the kitchen rather than the public buffet, just in case other clients had cross contaminated the food! Lovely lovely people there. Facilities and rooms outstanding.

Lovely hotel in a great location as it was only a short Uber ride away from Cambridge center, where we did lots of sight seeing. Me and my best friend came for a girly pamper weekend away for my daughter's 5th birthday and the room was great size for 2 adults and a child, with a double bed and large sofa bed. Daughter absolutely loved the pool and there was plenty of time for her to get her use of it within the child allocated time slot. Breakfast was very nice, with good variety.

I like the vipe of the place, cozy and luxurious. Staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dada afandi at the restaurant, and Stella at the reception. The location is also good, walking distance to every thing.
