Room was on the side and looked directly into a residential house. Curtains but no voille or frosted glass for privacy. It was late before dark and neighbouring residents mowing lawns etc could see right into our room. So had to close curtains or fellt completely exposed. Bed and pillows really hard and walls paper thin! One night the room next door had the same channel on TV as us. I turned our sound down and you could hear word for word from next door. Thier snoring, turning light on and off, everything! No sleep! I say lovely staff and they were but no one asked how our stay was so didn't bother saying.

There was one aspect of the bathroom which needed upgrading: the bath/shower. There was an low power Amazon Rainforest Shower head mounted very high above a step in bath, and a shower curtain made of a clingy material. This meant that, if you used the shower you got wet hair and the shower curtain stuck to you.

Everything was perfect. The staff. The location. The room. The bar and restaurant. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was a problem when asked even the girl at breakfast remained unfiltered when I decided to sit on a table that wasn’t set out she simply smiled and moved things from the nearest table

Always wanted to stay at this hotel as we love the location. So glad that we got to stay this trip and couldn’t fault it one bit. The room was lovely and had lovely little touches. It was a gift for my 40th birthday and they left me a card and chocolates in the room. It actually ended up a double celebration as we got engaged on the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was also brilliant, compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back very soon.

I had to walk up a flight of stairs. The staff did help with our four suitcases, though. The room had a high step in tub but no shower,. I’m orthopedically challenged and could not bathe. The in room coffee was…. Not good.

Menu choices a bit limited. No sandwiches served after 3.00pm on a Saturday.

Lovely hotel just a short walk to lovely sandy beach. Also parking is free. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

Tatty tired interior, needs redecorating. Bedroom needed refreshing( chipped, scuffed paint, broken bathroom fittings, old TV, terrible WiFi, no usb sockets, broken window handles, etc) surprisingly no pastries at breakfast, we have experienced much better standards at other hotels at this price point. Security light outside our window on all night!!

The bed was not comfortable and the shower was small and one had to squeeze. I am 6 foot tall and the fixed shower head was 2 inches above my head. Room was on a slant with squeaky floorboards. Other guest walking about at night created foot noises on the stairs and room above. Some doors hinges were noisy when opened/ closed.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. From cooked breakfast to fruits and cereals.
