We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel needs a lot of modernising - paint and wallpaper peeling off in some places - we were there for 5 nights and only once our room was cleaned - we opted for breakfast but if visited again would just have room only - food often cold and not a lot of variety.
The location was superb- just a short stroll to beach, harbour and town centre- the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

United KingdomThe drinks are way over priced, you need to reduce to keep guests. Breakfast was not very good at all, just warm and if you had dogs like we did, had to wait for a table to be set up. At your sister hotel in weston thay set a few up for this reason. Thay know who has booked in with dogs.
Location to more cheaper pubs for food and drink, but more so the sea.

United Kingdomlift didn’t work for first day then when it did we got stuck in it and had to use mobile phone to be let out older people off coaches had to struggle with stairs,food at breakfast was awful slimy greasy eggs rest was dry we had to ask for tea or coffee at breakfast,car park £6 a day to park,whole hotel is dated and needs a revamp.

United KingdomThe hotel is tired, wallpaper peeling off plaster coming off.Rooms cleaned to a minimum. Staff trying hard but lack leadership ..if there was a housekeeper they would be teained and supported.Breakfast usual buffet fayre in a dining room from the 70 s. Paignton investing so much they will have to step up,with the location it could be amazing.

United KingdomAdvertised as having entertainment but on asking we found it was only Tuesday and Thursday. Bar not open until 4pm. When we booked in we were advised if we wanted an evening meal to book by 4. When we booked just after 330 we were told it was too late and they were taking no more bookings. Hotel is in need of a bit of tlc.
The property was ideally situated within easy reach of town beach and train station. Parking on site for £6 per day. Room was a good size and a fan was in the room which was really appreciated in this heat.
