We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Outstanding hospitality and helpfulness. Magnificent building. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Quiet but central location. Wonderful breakfasts, including vegan variety. Scrupulously clean. Off road car parking. Mini fridge for fresh milk, etc. Practically perfect in every way for us.

The room was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The guest lounge was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast choices were excellent and everything we tried was delicious. Mark was most welcoming and was very attentive at breakfast time. The location of the B & B was perfect as it was in a quiet street but within a short walk of the town and seafront. We are looking forward to staying again soon.

An excellent bnb, the host Mark was attentive and waited on you for breakfast, sharing his local knowledge. Food is excellent, the free parking at the back of the property is a must as a busy area for off-street parking. Location is perfect as close to the Great Orme and numerous restaurants/shops. Would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean and a super comfy bed and linens. Decorated to a high standard throughout. So good immediately booked for next year. Quiet at night so no noises to worry about. As well as your room, there is a communal lounge to watch TV on a bigger screen plus a fridge on the landing to keep your drinks cold. Towels super soft with a towel heater to keep them warm. A variety of options for breakfast, full and hearty, or a light bite to choose from. Excellent value for money, and could not fault my stay at this accommodation.

United KingdomThe parking was a bit hit and miss although there is a small car park to the rear on a first come first serve basis. There was nothing else we didn't like!!
The location was a short stroll to the town center where there were bars, restaurants and shops, and not to mention the sea front. We opted for a light breakfast to start our day, although the full english did look tempting! The breakfast was exceptional all the same.

The Epperstone is located at the nice side of Llandudno, in a street with Victorian houses, and close to the beach on the west side of the place. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed the sunsets. The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well. The garden is beautiful. Many thanks.
