Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This a straight forward guest house, there is no breakfast and the other customers seemed to be tradesmen. The room was a nice size and very clean, its in Filton, so very easy and quick access to the motorway network. There is also onsite parking. There is is not a lot in the immediate area, no pubs or restaurants from what I could see, however just a few minutes walk one way you have a Tesco Express, a few minutes the other way is a pizza shop, a chippy and an Indian.

Hong KongSome easy things could be done to improve the bedroom, such as a few hooks or clothes rail. The bathroom was in need of a bit of attention, but all in all, pretty much what I expected for the price.
The room was quiet, despite being located on a fairly main road. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies!

Perfect location on Gloucester Road and easy to get bus to centre - right outside the Watershed. Very quiet room with comfy bed and great shower. All the usual facilities such as tea and coffee which Miguel replenished. Slightly old fashioned furnishings but this didn't affect our stay in the least apart from the smart TV!! 😊 Parking was useful and it was a 5 minute walk to takeaways and shops. Added bonus of a dining area with knives and forks etc. Miguel was helpful and friendly and we would definitely recommend the Elms for a weekend away in Brizzle 👍😊

United KingdomForgot to let Miguel know the bulb on the light above the bed wasn't working but it wasn't really a big problem at all. Think that's the nearest I can get to a negative comment. Everything else suited me lovely.
Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was explained well and he was very respectful. I would recommend The Elms to anyone staying in Bristol.

Only single central ceiling plain bulb on cord. Bedroom walls too simply plain paint decorated. Needed minimal wall decoration - prints, photos, etc at minimal cost. Thats all however
