The traffic in Southampton.

Comfy. Got me in at dinner straight away, even though I was late due to awful traffic in Southampton because of the football match.

Our business visit to Southampton went well ( we were exhibiting at " Seawork " ). Your hotel is a comfortable & welcome respite after a busy day. So easy to park the vehicle & use the excellent bus service to the town & quay.

Friendly reception staff, had a meal in the hotel where again staff were friendly , food was good and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Access for wheel chairs to dining room and outdoor bar and garden al fresco dining area. Had to negotiate rough ground and uneven gravel surface around the boundary of the property. Very basic featureless room with no extras or niceties (toiletries or extra pillows)

The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. Room was clean and adequate and the breakfast offered was good. The dining room for dinner had a varied menu and the food well presented and in generous portions. The hotel is generally wheel chair friendly with the odd exceptions.

Small breakfast room so there were delays and queues for seating, Room was not cleaned but I only stayed for 2 nights. Evening meal, Lasagna was burnt

I have no complaints. Sadly I had to leave early so I didn't get chance to try the breakfast but I'm sure it would be lovely as the evening meal was very nice.

I arrived after a 4 hour drive from the north feeling very tired and hungry. Really friendly and helpful staff, made me feel very welcome. Lovely spacious room with everything you need. Shower pressure was really good too. I had the 3 course menu when I arrived which was lovely and great value for money too! Overall a lovely place to stay and should I come this way again I will definitely book a room here.

No USB connection by bed. No shampoo or other supplies. Only hand wash.

Large room. Good towels. Friendly staff. Little bar downstairs for dinner. Board games in the bar provided us some entertainment while waiting for our dinner. There was a large outdoor Al fresco area for fine weather.

Room was at the front of the property and it is a busy main road which you can clearly hear despite the double glazing. Traffic was noisy into the early hours and then started 6ish again.

Lovely large room. Took care of our cases, rather than carrying them upstairs, as we were going on a cruise the following day. Had an evening meal in the bar and it was excellent as was the breakfast the following day.

not life or death but on returning from Cruise as we arrived about 7.30 in the morning to collect our car it would of been nice to of been offered the opportunity to have a coffee/tea before we left for our long journey home

Location..ideal for Park n Cruise.....friendly and helpful staff....excellent choice of food n drink..however the staff confused us as to where we should sit to eat for our evening meal

Easy booking process and very convenient to main bus routes to and from the railway station and the university. Good clean accommodation and enjoyed my breakfast. Happy to recommend. No concerns. Surrounding area quiet but convenient for local shops.

Bath in 18 a little tight and slippy to stand in for a shower. Perhaps a couple more anti slip strips.
