Everything was great.

We were given a warm welcome and showed to our comfortable and clean room. Team members gave local information as well as information about the Eaton Oak. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Food was well presented and delicious. All the team members we met were really friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking spaces really close to the bedrooms.

I was not impressed by the dinner / restaurant as the food and especially the steak was not that great for the prices.

the included-in-price breakfast was cooked to order and amazing ! the rooms were super, with newly renovated and high-tech shower and very comfortable bed. Awesome bar with lots of beer on tap.

Warm welcome, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. We stayed here overnight whilst attending a wedding locally. Very good location. Breakfast was great. You do need to register your car, but there are plenty of signs reminding you and the staff made sure we had done this at check-in. Would definitely stay again.

For this price - nothing!

Breakfast was excellent by any standards - and outstanding for the B&B price. The 2 of us had different breakfasts each day, and all were equally good. Cooked fresh, and did exactly what we asked. Helpful, cheerful staff. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean, and excellent value.

Breakfast hot food choice was good and tasty. But no fruit to available or cereals to start with. Coffee and tea not plentiful you had to ask for a second cup which was given. Why not tea and coffee pots?

The location was excellent given we wanted to visit Cambridge and we attended wedding whilst staying at pub. Staff very helpful. We slept well given property was next to main road. Would we stay again , the answer is YES. Thank you Heaton Oak.

It was occasionally a bit noisy by the main road and quite hot.

Very comfortable room with good shower. The breakfast choices were good, but would have liked an option for additional toast.

The room was directly on the main road. As it was quite warm, we needed the window open, and the traffic noise was quite loud. Also, I thought that £20 for a dog was quite expensive.

Staff very friendly, rooms clean and coffee and tea provided in the rooms. Dog biscuits in the restaurant and bowl in the room were much appreciated.

Slightly underwhelmed with the breakfast. We had to wait nearly 25 mins and then it was not piping hot.

Fantastic accommodation. Bed, the best we have slept in. Fan, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea, coffee, bottled water All provided. I didn't need to bring mine with me!

The only downside was the delay with our breakfast. We sat down at 9am and got coffee and ordered our food. It then took 30 minutes to get it served. There was only two other tables in use.

From the moment we walked in , the staff could not have been more helpful, payment was straight forward , the place was spotless , walked to our room and everything explained - ie car parking , calling for a taxi , late night returning and room layout . The team has simply nailed customer service full stop and it was nice to be treated as a guest rather than a customer !
