I liked everything about this apartment! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Also provided coffee and milk which was a nice surprise. Location is great as Bath is only a 20 min drive and few shops around the area. Parking isn’t an issue as there is a car park just down the road.

Perhaps a box of tissues in the bathroom? And the little icebox had not been checked; I wanted ice cubes but the previous guest had not refilled the trays. ( I am struggling to find fault here, it is not easy.) I also had some difficulty collecting the keys; my bad, this…not being connected to Wi-Fi a few hours before check-in, I did not receive at the right time the correct code to open the keypad. However a call to Mark solved the problem immediately and he was friendly, courteous and sympathetic. When I did read the key code message the next day the instructions were very clear. None of this was the fault of the host, just misfortune.

Firstly, the extremely central location. In spite of being right in the middle of town, peace and privacy are well considered with window blinds and clever lighting. And the general style of the place made it a delight just to be in and have moments of reflection.

Absolutely perfect. The pictures are amazing of the property but they still don't do it justice the apartment has been very well thought out and decorated to a very high standard nothing has been overlooked. What a gem. The host was very helpful and responded respectfully and promptly also the property was spotless and smelled like a million dollars on arrival. I could type forever but none of the less a very happy customer. We will definitely be back again.

If I could fault anything it would be the parking which has been pointed out in reviews and by mark in the apartment information so we knew about this before coming. But the car park was cheap & not very far to walk at all. So that wasn’t really a problem. We managed to park our car near whilst loading & unloading!

I absolutely loved this apartment, we stayed for Christmas and it was just lovely. The decor of the property was vibrant and modern. All the rooms were clean and cosy. It was also very well equipped which I wasn’t expecting and ended up bringing so much of my own stuff for no reason! It was lovely and quiet, although it was Christmas, so most things were shut and it was a ghost town for the 2 days we stayed. Amazing shower, nice beds, nice sofa, beautiful kitchen! Thank you mark!

Neat, tidy, clean, fresh, quiet, modern. All the amenities we needed. Great for self catering. Plenty of seating and a modern tv. Compact and warm. A large open car park nearby with plenty of spaces.

The only niggle was a lack of shower gel. Given the other amenities, this felt like a bit an oversight. Perhaps adding one of those wall mounted dispensers would be a good idea? Really not much of a niggle - just a suggestion

The apartment is fantastic. Brilliantly decorated and with all the bits and pieces that you might need for a self catering stay. The milk and tea bags were appreciated. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment is in a great location if you need access to the centre of Trowbridge

There is nothing to dislike.

Information re check in was great. The host mark is very approachable and responds almost instantly to any questions you may have. The apartment was spotless; beautifully decorated, and we even had milk in the fridge, biscuits, and tea bags 🥰. Smooth and easy check in. Would definitely recommend a stay we were sad we only had 1 night there....im sure we will be back.

The apartment seemed a little damp, perhaps because it is not heated all the time.

Communication with Mark was pleasant and the apartment was easy to find. Parking was not really a problem as there is a cheap pay and display car park just 2 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed.

Would have been nice to have an instruction for the cooker or a list of nearby places to go. Parking provided with the stay would have made it perfect however there’s lots of parking in the nearby area that’s fairly cheap
