Nothing everything exceeded expectations

Fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. Great owners very helpful and friendly. Breakfast served very quickly everything cooked to perfection. Excellent location so close to everything…Secure off road parking an added bonus. Very highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

A little pricey, however you get what you pay for.

As close to a perfect B&B as you could wish for. Wonderful caring hosts, off road secure parking on arrival, lovely room, relaxing little bar and perfect breakfast that can be completely tailored to your request. The best location for a family in Blackpool, half way between the Tower and Pleasure Beach/Sandcastle, yards from the sea front.

Mark and Sandra were lovely and caring hosts and the hotel and room was tidy and clean with a bright and fun decor. The breakfast was quick and generous with a variety of options.

Felt welcome and even got in our beautiful room early. Breakfast was lovely and catered for me being a pescatarian. The hotel was lovely and clean. The beds very comfy and the shower a joy. Hand cream in bathroom and a fab fitting shower cap. Loved having a fridge and dressing table! Perfect 2 nights for our anniversary. Even got a little surprise! Sandra and Mark are lovely, thoughtful and accomodating. Our car was safely parked in their own car park as well. PS. Recommend the Blackpool Rock Tutti Fruitti gin!

If I had any thing to fault our room, the shower was small a large person would find it very hard to move around.

The owners, the could nt do enough for us, the food was excellent.

Sandra and Mark welcomed us in to their amazing home! With such beautiful decor can you really feel the love that has gone into this hotel! Sandra and Mark on both nights of our stay. Socialised at their bar with us! Breakfast was amazing and they simply did everything and more to make us feel welcome! It almost feels like we have made a set of new friends! I couldn’t rate this hotel any better
