Only downer was the pressure in shower. Very poor, you didn't know if you were having a hot or cold shower. Room was lovely. 2 windows over looking sea.

Breakfast was great. You could have anything you fancied really. We had dinner both nights at hotel and the buffet was exceptional. Very good value for money Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back if we had same room.

A lovely hotel in a scenic and quiet area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Love my walking trails and the breakfast was very delicious.

The only disappointment was our room (no.7)- although it had everything, it was dated and the en suite was really in need of upgrading so I didnt feel it was worth the money we had paid. The double glazing had blown on the window and one side did not close properly causing a draft and noise from the traffic.

Great location lovely surroundings/ restaurant and bar and outside area nice / super breakfast

Only negatives are how noisy it was in our room. We wanted an early night but the live music was very loud & walls very thin so heard a lot of noise from corridors & rooms too. The shower was a disappointment, absolutely no power to it. Other than that our stay was good.

Hotel is in a great location especially for our planned trips to Sheringham & Cromer... The hotel is right inbetween just a few minutes drive from each. We ate in the restaurant & had the carvery which was really delicious & worth every penny. We also had a wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. Staff helpful & friendly so big thumbs up on all those points.

Needed black out blinds. Couldn’t take dog in restaurant so couldn’t help myself to any breakfast items which were self serve. A lady did bring me coffee but it was cold by the time I got my full English, didn’t get any toast and couldn’t find anyone to help me!

    Nice situation

Breakfast was rather poorly manage, perhaps a fresh bread from local bakkery wouldnt cost much, we got a dried bread selection of two ( brown or white ) & such a shame the hotel didnt provide a map / guidance on how to get on the beach just right behind their hotel, we had asked the waitress but she didnt even know how....

Just a 5 minutes drive from Sheringham where we went for an old steam train ride, great things this hotel have their own parking space which rather spacey. Their restaurant did served a wonderful roast menu as they promised on their side walls

The only very minor thing was the stool was too low at the dressing table.

The Breakfast was fabulous and staff very helpful. We could see the sea from the room which I loved. Ate in restaurant in evening and carvery was amazing

Room 10 nicely decorated but needs black out blinds very thin curtains, exterior lights shone through at night. Excessive noise from hand dryers in toilets below. The bathroom is very tired with disability rails and disability chair not very inviting although everything was in good working order. Evening meals good but took 2 hours to come, evening manager very rude but food not charged for as good will.

Great location, beautiful views, bedrooms comfortable and clean, breakfast staff and food excellent. The refurbishments so far are really good.

Bathroom a little tired looking. A dressing table and mirror would have been good. Also a little noisy at times… possibly the plumbing?!

Great location and lots of parking. The bed was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was delicious.

A little more choice on the continental breakfast and better bread but I am being picky!

Lovely Hotel, far nicer inside than the building leads you to believe. Stunning sea view downstairs. Really lovely staff, nothing too much trouble. We had a simple but tasty meal in the evening. Good prices for drinks and food. Bedroom and bathroom great!

Our room was a bit tired, could have done with a bit of a refurb (compared to downstairs areas)curtains could have been thicker.
