The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach, town centre, marina, bus and train stations. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was excellent, large with a goog size bathroom and shower. The bar was a nice place to relax after a long day sightseeing. A variety of drinks, alcoholic coffee, etc. and comfy chairs.

Everything was perfect with this hotel - A real Gem. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the hotel is clean and well furnished having been recently refurbished, breakfast excellent, rooms lovely with really comfortable beds, nice friendly small bar and excellent location with convenient small car park (need to reserve space in advance)

United Kingdom2 people in room but only 1 pack of biscuits and only 1 ratchet of hot chocolate. In en-suite shower tray dropped below floor level would have been OK but shower riser when fully lowered was too high to stop my wife from getting her hair wet.

The property was spotless. It’s location from the train station, town centre, beachfront was all within a few minutes walk. The staff were all super friendly and nicely dressed. The breakfast was all served on fresh white tablecloths. The breakfast it’s self was delicious too! It also had a nice little bar to with reasonably priced drinks.

United KingdomThe location suited our visit, but for some the lack of a sea view may be disappointing. (The price would also have been a lot higher) On street parking is not really possible because of the local permit system. Hotel parking is organised and provided at the rear of the property, but this is inherently not quite so flexible as some Exmouth hotels - don't let this put you off though.
Easy access, the welcome from the staff and the general running of the hotel were highlights, as was our room which had been upgraded to a high standard. The owner, Jo, was most helpful and informative, as well as having planned the on-site parking. Everything was clean and tidy, with a really great breakfast served to order.
