You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Overall a very nice holiday let. Well equipped, nice bathroom and kitchen areas. Nice touch leaving milk in the fridge on arriving.

That the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay hassle free and relaxing. A lovely welcome basket for us. Spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated with some lovely trinkets dotted about. The puzzle books find was an added bonus.

Just the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was perfect. Cleanliness to the highest standard, everything was there that I would ever need for a stay, every utensil that you would need for cooking, it was just like my own kitchen. A really comfy sofa and chair in the living room. The comfiest of beds and pillows, the linen was pure white, it even had Netflix on the TV. There was a bottle of milk and plenty of biscuits, teas, coffee and hot chocolate. There is not a thing to be negative about. I have booked again already.
