We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The property was well situated for exploring Holt. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped and having private parking took a lot of stress away. Leon the host was friendly and helpful. All in all a great trip.

United KingdomGenerally all very positive. As a note to the owners only we did feel that a welcome folder with info on how to use heating controls, dishwasher etc would have been helpful. The number of cups and glasses probably needs refreshing.

United KingdomWe hoped to use the gas fire that we had seen on the photos but it turns out that it doesn’t work. Also, we ended up choosing to sleep in the slightly smaller double bedroom at the back as it seemed quieter: the bigger one at the front has a tiny bit of road noise, and the boiler in an adjacent cupboard. We are very sensitive to noise though so most people probably wouldn’t mind or notice!
Great location. The house is very comfortable, very good beds and soft bedding, the kitchen is well equipped. Nice touches like dishwasher tablets, toiletries and hand soap… wish all holiday lets could be so thoughtful and generous!

United KingdomNot an issue but a 5 ft bed is much more comfortable. Maybe a little more information about TV streaming services available. Fortunately I had my netfix app with me and was able to connect to the TV.
Excellent Location. Well equipped kitchen. Water softener. Parking. Bed linen and towels. The outside space was lovely but the weather wasn't.
