Small room. I was travelling for work and could have done with a little more space to do some work in the room. There were communal areas I could have used. But I was whacked and wanted to stay in my room.

Cool pad. Lovely decor. Breakfast was simple but tasty and hit to spot, good choc croissant & fresh oj.

Room was really comfy and clean, bathroom was a bit small and there wasn't a table so breakfast was a bit more awkward to eat

For a last minute booking the Cow Hollow Hotel exceeded my expectations! The bed was very comfortable and it's well positioned in Northern Quarter. But the staff were wonderful and friendly, sweets on arrival and free Prosecco in the evenings made this a very enjoyable work trip.

Cow Hollow Hotel was a lovely place to stay in the centre of Manchester. Lots of little luxuries provided, the bed was really comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for you, really friendly & helpful.

It should be made clear ahead of booking that the showers are "eco showers" and low pressure + low heat. It can be quite an important part of the decision making process (especially when only one night with travel the following day.)

Calm and trendy vibe! Absolutely great and comfortable stay. The staff are so friendly and super accommodating to any requests. The milk and cookies before bed was such a treat and was lovely waking up to the breakfast in bed! Unfortunately there was a power cut on the second morning but this couldn’t be helped as was external, this meant we left earlier than planned. Staff kept us well updated and we were offered a partial refund in price for the nights stay.

Lovely boutique hotel, staff were very friendly. Lots of lovely little touches such as continental breakfast brought to the room each morning.

There wasn’t much that myself and my partner did not like I also to think we may have missed the small print did not realise we had to £100 deposit on arrival.

We both loved the the whole vibe around the hotel,lovely people everywhere we turned. All the staff Barnaby and Lydia especially were also a pleasure to be around,exceptional individuals keep up the great work you do.

The Cow Hollow is such a gorgeous boutique hotel! The staff were SO friendly and there were lots of little complimentary touches. Breakfast, complimentary coffee throughout our stay and the prosecco and nibbles was such a lovely idea, perfect to enjoy just before going out! The room had everything we needed (including hairdryer, straightener & curlers!), and the bed was super comfortable. It's in a great location, we really loved the northern quarter, everything was walking distance and loads of cool bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafes! The ONLY downside was that the room is just slightly on the small side, it's not a big issue, especially for a city break where you're out exploring but we had two large suitcases which were slightly in our way. Regardless, we'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Staff were so accommodating and helpful. The room was super cosy and just what was needed plus all the free bonuses were a lovely treat and surprise on arrival. Bed was super comfy and the breakfast in bed was a perfect idea and something worth waking up for.

Some outside noise but we did stay on a Friday night in the Northern Quarter, so not unexpected!

Lots of nice little extras, such as Prosecco and nibbles, free hot drinks, breakfast goodie bag; the room had hairdryer, straighteners, curling tongs, separate body wash, shampoo and conditioners; staff told us everything we needed to know; very close to anything you could want to do in Manchester.
