Room was comfortable . T.V. unpredictable came on when it felt like it. Large stain on carpet by bathroom door...off putting.

Not really any negative’s. The hotel is towards the opposite end of the promenade to the main part of town. This may be an issue if the weather was bad, but since the weather was nice, it made a nice stroll along the promenade when walking to and from town.

Room was small but big enough. Had nice comfy double bed. Small but more than adequate bathroom. But since I only paid £54 for one night it was certainly value for money.

Curtain not fixed properly. Soap dispenser ran out in one day remote wouldn't switch off tv window at top cracked

Bit far from the pier but still walking distance. Small room and couldn't sleep as the side of the bed I sleep on was against the wall but that is my personal opinion nothing to do with the hotel

The room door wasn't tight, so when other guests were opening doors, our bedroom door kept rattling with the draft. I had to wedge it with a towel.

We booked a cheap room because we're broke, so for a budget option this hotel met all expectations. The staff were friendly, the room and the hotel were clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was good, across the road from the beach and a short walk from the town centre.

The exterior of the hotel could put you off. It is in need of some investment. But we paid for the view from the hotel not of the hotel.

First visit to Llandudno. Excellent stay in a recently refurbished room with a sea view. Room was spacious and comfortable. Really good breakfast.

Room was OK until the music from entertainment was so loud couldn't hear myself think!!. Had to move rooms. Second room had heating on all time couldn't turn off and was so noisy. Not good.

The food in restaurant was poor on Monday we ordered a pork roast. The potatoes were frozen ones and I suspect the vegetables were to. Very poor value.

Very bad, very, very creaky floors throughout room and bathroom, tired decor inside and out , only decaf pods for coffee machine, no (sorry, little picky) biscuits. P. S. Note for question... "did hotel meet your expectations" put "No" because didn't expect excessive creaky floors and tired decor.

Bed very comfortable, Value for money, staff excellent, food great, room (superior double, sea view) size perfect, hotel position. Would/will use again.

Food menu could have a bit more variety also carpark small and unaware that we had to book a space.

Property was very spacious for a family room, and close proximity to local conviences. Staff very helpful and always pleasant and nothing too much trouble.

Tired and in need of painting and refurbishing. The entrance has outside tables. People drop rubbish and cigarette tips. I know they shouldn’t need to but staff should try and sweep up regularly as it gives an awful first impression of the hotel. I know staff shortages would make it difficult. Or maybe a sign on the tables and a nice wooden bin asking people to leave their rubbish in the bin provided. This is not the staff’s fault and a task that should not be necessary but it would improve the welcome entrance no end!
