The WifI password was a bit fiddly. I believe you can reset the default password to something simpler. And a toaster in the room would have been a nice touch.

Julie and John are great hosts for this lovely room with super shower room en suite. A great location for walking and visiting Tenbury. Good food at the Fountain Inn, only 1 mile away.

Seems like a minor issue but travellers like us who like to self cater could certainly use a larger fridge.

Almost everything. We were greeted warmly by our hosts and treated to a cup of tea. Very much like the good old days of bnb. The room was private, cosy and comfortable. The shower was exceptional, the best you will find anywhere. The location was lovely, quiet but close to the town (short drive or long walk). A pub is even closer.

I had a lovely 2 night stay at The Costrel. The accommodation was superb: it had a feeling of quality and luxury due to the bed, mattress, walk-in shower, and decor, and I appreciated the assortment of teas and coffee. It’s cosy and warm (central heating and a portable oil radiator as well) and the house is on a quiet lane with no noise in the countryside. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it.

Small sink. A larger sink or stand (folding perhaps) in bathroom would have made washing dishes easier.

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Facility for dining in (small fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery). Great shower in wetroom.

No stool or grab rail in the shower - I'm not good at being a stork, and no bath mat. Fridge not big enough to get anything else in, apart from the bottle of milk which was provided. No space in cupboard to put anything.

Very quiet location and private parking. Plenty of lighting in the room was good as I like to sew. Pretty little towns nearby, although I didn't get chance to visit them, ran out of time. Useful for the RHS Malvern Spring Festival which was the purpose of my visit, and to go to Hay-on-Wye.

If you like toast for breakfast be warned! The "kitchen" is minimal so you will need to bring your own toaster. Hanging space is a bit restricted but adequate for short stays.

A selection of cereals was provided, and milk . The bed was superb and the shower in the wet room was brilliant; I was reluctant to get out of either! The property is well located for exploring Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire, and Mid-Wales is not out of the Question. The property is very well finished and good use has been made of a relatively small space,

The only thing I would suggest is bath sheets rather than the smaller size of towel, and possibly a bolt on the connecting door, just to offer reassurance that no-one could come through.

Nice private accommodation, good design inside and at other times of year the small outside space would be great. Good facilities, cereal, tea, coffee, milk etc provided, even a torch for when leaving the property at night. Plenty warm enough considering the weather was changeable. Plenty of space to park. Hosts were available if required and very pleasant, but not obtrusive. Really good shower.

Lack of sun on window due position at side of main property and closeness to next door property.

Quiet pleasant location, ideal for exploring the area and walking. Breakfast was cereals, milk, tea, coffee provided by the hosts. Small fridge and enough cutlery and plates, mugs, teapot and coffee pot. Towels and bedlinen plentiful. Hosts were friendly and no restrictions. Lacked sun on the property and may be Cold in the winter although there was a large radiator that may heat up the room. Bathroom small but had everything, large walk-in shower and plentiful hot water.
