The property has seen better times. It’s clearly a bit rough, but clean. Think cracked walls, cracked leather on furniture, dents and scratches on the inventory.

The staff was super helpful and very friendly, every interaction I’ve had with them was a 10/10. The location is excellent, it’s a two minute walk to Hounslow Central Station and the high street as well as a big supermarket and a bunch of restaurants are literally around the corner.

The fact the swimming pool + gym shut early as we had booked in at 7 didn’t have enough time for a decent swim , maybe have some complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the showers too as it’s commonly forgotten,could also do with YouTube or Netflix on the tv as it’s only very old to programs

The wifi was kinda up and down

The check-in process was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The amenities, including the fitness center, were top-notch. The hotel's location made exploring hounslow easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before and loved it. This time our experience was not so good. Due to a maintenance problem, the fire alarm went off at 0200. The staff seemed proud that they fixed it in 2 mins, but when you’re awake, you’re awake. The complimentary coffee in the room had need been replaced, and the empty sachets from the previous guests were still there. When we told the staff member, he shrugged his shoulders and said ‘ok’ as if to say ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ A very disappointing second visit.

The location is excellent and a short ride to Heathrow. The beds are very comfortable.

There was no room service. The interior and finishes are worn and damaged. Lamp didn’t work, shower leaked - badly (that’s when I realised why an absorbent wipe left in the bathroom).

Close to underground station and shops. Shower had good water pressure. Staff were excellent.

Convenient for the airport and tube. Modern rooms very automated and electricity sockets catering for all countries. Particularly liked the ability to plug computer to HDMI socket on wall.

Shower not as good as the rest of the room

Staff could not have been better at customer service, without doubt the best in the area. Beautiful room and lovely bed, don't be put off by the lift as the rooms are lovely.

That you couldn't get breakfast

A brilliant experience with front desk Staff spoke with the manager there mainly but all were so welcoming. didn't have time for spa as a quick unexpected overnight stay. room was lovely and clean and hotel felt very safe. All in all great stay for my benefit and had a car park space for me. Thank you to the staff.

I travel a lot for business and stay in many hotels, hopefully my complete honesty here is appreciated. The hotel needs a bit of refurbishing to justify the 4 star standard. The public areas need just a bit of paint esp the hallways. The state of the lift is appalling and the carpets need a good clean. My room 408 has a big brown coffee or food stain on the floor next to the bed (window side) the bathroom was dusty and so was the leather headboard, I had to wipe these down. Theses are not things you expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom fan is also very very loud and hard to ignore.

Staff were great, very helpful and accomodating, the staff are by far the hotels biggest asset! I asked to view a separate room when I arrived and they were very accomodating and tolerant of my demands. Amenities are nice, especially access to the pool, jacuzzi and gym. I didn't use the spar or the gym but it is great that there is one on site. Hotel is centrally located which means parking can be an issue. The hotel does have approx 5 parking bays of which you need to compete for with gym members. There is a multi-car park about 500 metres away from the hotel which is handy. There is an indian restaurant onsite which I did not use but looked nice. Rooms were comfortable with modern boutique style decor, ultra-modern touch pads for lighting and sound proofed well, you cannot hear the traffic which is a constant given its city centre location. The wifi signal was great, I was able to work from my room fairly comfortably. Try to get a room on the 4th floor if you can, less rooms and quieter. The 3rd floor had the majority of the guests and therefore more wear & tear.

Parking on site was a little bad but it works on 1st come 1st serve basic. Off site parking isn't too bad as there are one or two side streets to park after 6pm for free

The size was perfect for a short over night or two stay for 2 plus facilities were just right from the bathroom to the storage area for hanging items of clothing

Nothing really, just picking, a weird toilet roll holder position but not exactly much to write home about now is it!

The room felt quite upbeat with nice creature comforts and attention to detail with the bedding, sofa etc. A good location to Heathrow and London with the underground nearly just outside. I would imagine pre-covid the hotel bar and restaurant get quite busy and lively and looked a nice place to spend an evening with a choice of sports bar type tv's or quiet booth areas and good tables with window views to spend fun times with friends etc.

Breakfast a bit underwhelming. The use of a croissant with fried egg, beans, mushrooms and tomato (undercooked) was bit odd. Vegetarian options not really up front and centre.

Room was clean and modern. Bed was good. Great shower.
