Easy to find and plenty of room for parking, greeted in a very friendly way, shown round and made to feel at home, advice given on were to eat and drink in the local area. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The garden is lovely shame it was raining whilst we stayed.

Everything from the initial communication through to check out was fantastic, a beautiful property with good parking and a lovely garden. The room was well equipped, wifi good and Donna was a star. It is minutes from the beach and great location to visit Goodwood.

We seemed to have the smallest room. No 3 . The other rooms were much bigger. The overflow in our bathroom toilet was not has it should be . It let bad air back into the bathroom.

A delightful place to stay - can't be faulted. Donna very helpful, delicious breakfasts and we appreciated being able to make tea & coffee and have the sitting room to enjoy in. Also the garden so we could sit outside. Tried the spa pool - a new and exciting experience!

Everything was great! Donna is a great host and welcomed us personally and showed us around. She made sure to make us feel at home. We loved having the swimming pool to ourselves and loved the spacious room. Everything necessary was there from toiletteries to bath robes. There is tea & coffee available in the coffee point downstairs as well as fridges for our own snacks. The only thing we were missing was a microwave to heat up the milk for the little one during teh times when the kitchen was closed, but that did not affect how satisfied we were with our stay! The place is sparkling clean - both the bedrooms and the lounge area. The lounge is cosy with the lighths and the furniture set-up. We did not get to enjoy the garden because of the weather, but it did look lovely and if we are back I hope we can enjoy it :) Great stay and highly recommended!

We loved the location, being in close proximity to the beach and shops. Everyone was very friendly. The pool and gardens were lovely and the breakfast really great! Our room was clean and very roomy. It was a lovely, relaxing stay.

To be honest, there was nothing wrong at all.

All of it, Donna was welcoming and friendly. The facilities were there for us to use as and when, we were able to make drinks and relax in the garden. Rooms clean and spacious, robes and extra towels if we needed. Breakfast was freshly made to order and plenty of it. Just a lovely stay.

Must book treatment facilities in 1-2 days advance to avoid disappointment. I misunderstood that there was a in house treatment available for walk-in so I couldn’t enjoy the treatments. However, the big pool at the back made up for that.

It’s a beautiful property for a coastal escape. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. I loved the peaceful green garden to soak up nature. Lovely host that makes you feel warm, safe and welcomed. Donna and Jim made us tasty breakfasts and catered to vegan and gf guests. Very considerate and thorough from arrival to end. Thank you Donna!

The location was absolutely brilliant - 5 mins walk to the beach and several pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed and was very cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Being able to help ourselves to fresh milk from downstairs for making tea in the room was a bonus.
