The open plan stairs were a little slippery. No downstairs loo.

The cottage was centrally situated with good parking. It was very spacious and comfortable.

We felt the property was tired looking in parts, rooms/furnishings could have been cleaner, and long mentioned repairs on the kitchen cupboards and bathroom doors were sadly still not addressed. The patio/outside space is in serious need of a clean and tidy up, disappointedly.

The location and size of the property was great for us. The availability of car parking was a bonus and the ability to leave our car there until later on our departure day was kind and extremely helpful.

We booked a trip to Stamford last minute as this place was available. The Coach House is lovely especially if you need more than one room with the added bonus of having plenty of car parking. It was a lovely short walk into Stamford which is a beautiful place to visit.

Only slight problem - outside space. Gate door did not shut properly and very bad pot holes (not your fault though)

Information provided on finding the property was difficult when arriving in the dark. Firstly, we followed the details provided to find the green door at the front of the property however every door on the street was green and was hard to find being a back alley entrance. Therefore, it took us a while to locate the property and only found it by seeing the name coach house. It would be beneficial to add a light above the sign coach house to help check in if arriving in the dark.

Comfy beds and loved the cottage feel to the house. A generous amount of towels provided and felt like hotel style kinda stay. The heating in the house was perfect and felt very comfortable.

Nice building, not too far from the town centre. Good Wi-fi and TV (Sky/Amazon prime etc) all appliances in kitchen and a good price when compared to smaller places in town.

Location was great, only a 10 minute walk into Stamford. 5 minutes onto A1. House very comfy. Just what we needed for the weekend

The Coach House is a spacious and well equipped house. The beds were comfy and towels were clean and fluffy, with lots of them. The House is close to town so walking in is an easy 5 minute walk. Good shared parking with next door. The property is not overlooked and if the weather had been better we would have used the outdoor area. Early check in and late check out.

A lovely traditional building , that is well furnished and decorated. A lovely touch was that the owners had put a Christmas tree up and some decorations! The kitchen is fully equipped including all the white goods. Also the property has its own private parking that will take two cars

Only one bathroom/toilet but would not stop us from staying again. Power shower was lacking power but again would not put us off staying.

Great location, nice and quite with short distance to the town. Everything you needed was supplied with tea, coffee and milk a bonus on arrival. A lovely warm, clean and cosy house, would defiantly say again

The main bedroom had wasps init made my sons nervous when sleeping in there.

The location was fantastic for Stamford, very spacious for 6 of us and we all enjoyed the new refurb bathroom. The living room was very comfortable and felt like home from home
