We stayed one night after landing at Gatwick. It was ideally situated to be within an easy drive of the airport, yet quiet and rural. The host had thought of everything that could possibly be needed, like spare toothbrushes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was a very cosy place with easy parking. The breakfast was fantastic, with flexible timing to suit us. We found a great pub for an evening meal within a short drive away. I would definitely stay again.

quaint little cottage room, with everything you could possibly need. The hosts Beverly and Bill were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely choice of breakfast from cereals, fruit to a full breakfast.

There was nothing not to like.

It suited our needs perfectly, which was a very quick one night stay. We were still treaded extremely well. We were served breakfast at 06:30 in the morning, which many places woukd not have done. The room was comfortable with everything you need.

I was put in the inside room in the main house, which was slightly smaller than the outside Garden Room, but it proved to be more cosy in the end.

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating and provided lots of nice little extras. She also cooked anything you wanted for breakfast!

The parking was in a lay-by outside the house. Would have preferred out of sight, but in a small village, it wasn't really an issue

Wonderful hosts. Very comfortable clean room with a decent large shower. Breakfast was an excellent full English to order. Only 40 minutes to Gatwick through enjoyable lanes and interesting villages, avoiding traffic .

Spotless, comfortable and very welcoming. Great breakfast, complete with homemade blackberry jam. Oh and it’s next door to an awesome brewery and also the best cheese maker in the universe!!

No negatives

We only stayed for one night before a flight from Gatwick the next day. A lovely quiet spot. We were able to park the car off the road in a driveway, so nice and safe. The accomodation was very comfortable with every little detail thought of. Tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, herb teas for every taste. There was also a lovely patio area, where we we were able to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was well equipped, shower was great, with plenty of hot water…The breakfast was perfect with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice followed by the best Full English cooked breakfast I’ve had in a log time. Our hosts were lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. I would throughly recommend this B&B….

Beverley and Bill are very pleasant and friendly hosts; my room was attractive and comfortable; breakfasts were lovely and freshly cooked with delicious extras, such as spiced stewed plums and freshly made strawberry jam; parking was free and easy. I would recommend the Coach House for visitors to Knepp Wildlands, which is a pleasant drive to the south, Thursley Common NNR and the NT’s Devil’s Punchbowl: all excellent places to visit - especially Knepp!

We have stayed here twice and would recommend it. The room although small is perfect for us. The breakfast is good and all the extras are truly amazing.

The location was off beat. We stayed at this accommodation as it was only 4 miles for a wedding we attended. We were only told the day before to order a taxi on booking the accommodation which we booked several months ago so I think this information should be given sooner.

The owners were very friendly & helpful. The patio area was an added bonus & lovely to enjoy a coffee. The breakfast was very enjoyable.
