We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome of the TVs in rooms could do with upgrading, some have limited channels. Noticed there prices are increasing also, which as a frequent traveller to the hotel is annoying, if they continue to ask for higher prices may have to start looking else where 😩
I like the fact that u can check in from noon. Rooms are nice and clean and it’s a great location. Nice all round feel to this hotel.

United Kingdomwater supply from the shower was poor. Hand basin needed to be bigger. Radiator took a long time to heat up.
Staff were friendly. Everything was clean and well presented. Very close to the bus stop. Pedestrian crossings close by.

United KingdomMaintenance on a Saturday afternoon when the hotel was full on a bank holiday!
First they wouldn’t let us check in as we had no photo ID. I had to ask my son to drive to my house take a picture of my driving license and send if to me. No where on the booking did it ask for this before checking in. Secondly we wasn’t told they had maintenance work going on with the water. We checked in at 4 and was going out at 6 and still couldn’t get ready as we had no water to shower or flush the toilet. The reception said they had told us this but they hadn’t.

United KingdomRoom located across major road in annexe building, bed was so uncomfortable that it required replacement, no soap in bathroom or illuminated shaving mirror, fried breakfast didn’t meet expectations. Never seen or tried to use such small flimsy toilet paper squares only 3.5” square. Try that! No seal on over bath shower screen allowing water to flood floor.
Location good, cleanliness excellent, staff obliging.

United KingdomThe first room was small, located up a tight staircase and the only window wouldn't shut. Not enought working space, like a desk. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel is on 2 sites; split across the busy Main Road. I should have checked but there is no evening restaurant there or even close. Other guests were getting food from the local Esso garage. I ordered from JustEat and the hotel staff allowed me to eat in their breakfast area.
Location-wise, very good for my meeting. The breakfast was very good. A member of staff was very helpful as they not only helped me change room (a skylight window- the only window - wouldn't shut) and got a larger room as I'm quite tall.

United KingdomThe maintenance of the en-suite could have been better. It appeared to need some urgent /maintenance upgrading. Shower control looked like it had been gluded on, but fell off when you used it. Radiator in bathroom had not controls so could not use it. Noise from upstairs was very load even heard them snoring through the night, soundproofing would help this to keep noise to a minimum for all guests.
Breakfast was very good and hot, lots of choice, staff very helpful. All the staff we met were very nice and helpful. Pleased room was on the ground floor. Water was hot and room was comfortable.

United KingdomThere was no atmosphere in the evenings as it has a bar but not using it really so if you were on your own wouldn't be ideal. Its a lovely building and has potential. Also it just did breakfast which was delicious and so shame it didn't do food other times of day. You have to go to romford for food which meant have to leave the hotel which is hard when with someone with mobility issues.
A very comfortable stay with a friendly feel, good breakfasts and location easy to romford. My mum had mobility issues and they gave me a ground floor room near breakfast room which was great. All clean and a good standard for what I was expecting.
