We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It's was very easy to check in, even if there were no staff. Loved the messages beforehand to tell us how to check in, where to park, etc. Great location too, we visited West Midlands Safari Park, which was only a short drive from here. Although there was no meals included, Bewdley it's self has loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants that offer breakfast, dinner or tea which are within walking distance. Very clean and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomSelf check which was very easy once I had read the instructions! Plenty of parking next door which is paid for but a very reasonable overnight rate. Lovely decor, great shower and very comfortable surroundings. Breakfast not included but so many little cafes around the area that this was not a problem in the slightest.

United KingdomThe coffee machine was a little grubby on the inside and required me to clean it out before I felt comfortable to use it. Whilst there was a good range of different tea bags there were only 2 English Breakfast teas provided which was insufficient for us as a couple to have a brew on both mornings we were there. But these are picky things that really didn't impact on the overall stay today great extent, just food for thought
The room was neat, clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for wandering to the shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Baliff's House across the road did a great breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was smooth. Hairdryer, kettle and coffee machine was provided and a mini fridge which was helpful given the weather was so hot whilst we visited. Overall I would be happy to return and recommend to a friend.

Shower too hot if truth be told but not something I usually get to comment on really as normally lukewarm! Bed very comfortable and breakfast choices just around corner so all in all will be back to this A* facility

United KingdomWe would have liked a shelf or two in the bathroom. The shower floor was very slippery. Be aware that you may want to ask for a ground floor room if you find it difficult to manage stairs.
We enjoyed our short stay here and we were lucky enough to find the parking space free. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Lots of nice little touches including a variety of teas and coffees and a coffee machine. The shower was great. We found it quiet and had a good night's sleep. There was a helpful guide to the property and the town itself.
