We are late sixties. Dragging in suit cases and bags without lifts not the best. It is a key hotel. Fortunately we got there when a member of staff was there to ensure we understood the key code was for both the door and the room. Not sure how much mayhem could be caused by someone deliberately trying random 4 digit codes trying to get into your room. It should be 6.

The parking was close by in a public car park. I suggest you arrive at 16:09 or later to ensure parking.The residence is on the sea front and was quiet. (November stay). Deal was an alternative stop off before going to France on the ferry at Dover. The Deal experience was incomparable for the better than the sea front stop over in Dover many years before.

The kitchenette should have cutlery. I didn’t like the instruction to phone them if we wanted room service.

Parking was a nightmare. 24hr car park full up as it only has about 20 spaces. A bit stressful finding a car parking space

The location of the hotel was excellent! Across the road from the pier. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Family of four stayed in the Sunrise suite, blessed with a beautiful clear blue sky, we were able to watch the sunrise, Amazing! A very peaceful stay in Deal!

Could do with USB sockets by the bed and a bigger more powerful shower head in the shower.

It's a clean and presentable room in a great Central location. I've stayed here twice now as straight forward and right by the sea front.

No Instructions for tv microwave coffee maker.

marvellous bed & bedding very comfortable. lovely view of Deal pier. Excellent new bathroom. coffee tea making facilities fridge with small cartons of milk 2 small bottles of water. No crockery or cutlery except for 2 mugs spoons 2 glasses. We took our picnic bag along. comfortable lounge with tv table 2 chairs 2 comfortable arm chairs. Close to town car park free from 6pm til 8am £1.80 per hour after that.Blue Badge holders 3 hours free.

Unfortunately, one bedside lamp did not work (blown bulb?).. The shower was inoperative without a notice, but a spacious bath made up for it.

My room was spacious, clean, and freshly decorated, with plenty of internal directions and notice signs.

This is an apart hotel. So no breakfast, bar etc. entry is by electronic key code. We stayed in the smugglers cabin which is directly accessed from the promenade. It has a large sitting area a comfortable bedroom area a very large bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A lovely room well decorated with modern bathroom fittings

My fault as obviously I hadn't read the description properly, but I didn't realise it was self check in (after 5 pm), with no breakfast or bar (or staff in the evening). There's nothing wrong with that, but I personally feel more secure knowing there are staff on site. Also (again in hindsight!) I think it's a little pricey when these facilities aren't available.

The room was spotless. Incredibly comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Top marks!
