Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDirection to the hotel was misleading, and the sign was very hard to see at night. Suggest changing the background colour to a more prominent colour. Satnav couldn't find the hotel. Parking spaces were limited. Lack of plug sockets in the room needs to be addressed in this day and age of people needing to charge phones, etc.
Comfortable and clean room. Very good breakfast served here and reasonably priced. Our view of the loch was stunning from our room. Friendly staff.

United KingdomWe asked for a rusty nail at the bar (a shot of whisky and a shot of Drambuie mixed). The barman said we don't do cocktails and said he'd lose his licence if he did, he then went on to explain a camera was on him. My wife bought the whisky and Drambuie as two separate drinks and he said not to mix them together in view of the camera! We would have laughed it off had he been remotely pleasant about it.
View from one of the rooms was good. Rooms were clean and spacious enough.

Generally quite comfortable. The rooms were clean and warm but we could control the heat as needed. The shower was also pretty good for a hotel at this price point. The staff were all very friendly. Great views across the loch too.

Breakfast top marks. Lovely view of the loch and easy to get into Fort William. Bed was comfortable and the room with the lift made it easy to get dogs out whatever the time. Evening meal in the hotel lovely. Top marks.

United KingdomIt was a huge shame that scaffolding blocked out view to the the loch. Curtain pole (with curtains) fell off the wall when we tried to draw them. Staff apologised on check out. Hotel is quite dated.
Location was great, parking good, staff lovely, room super clean.
