Lovely room. Great facilities and central location for the town. We had a very comfortable stay and lovely breakfast the next morning. Staff were brilliant. Great price with breakfast included.

Not sure about the shower in the room, but you get this a lot on the continent, so did not put us off at all. Other than that there is not a fault to be had.

The room was amazing, the breakfast really nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was a last minute booking, so not too sure what to expect, but the room was large, airy and exceeded expectations.

Brilliant staff especially Non, the duty manager, she was very professional, friendly, funny and helpful. This is an old original coaching inn with many of the original features restored. It's very clean everywhere, and the food is fabulous!!! Compliments to the Chef Soltan. Chic/fusion interior design in the bedroom of old traditional furniture with modern facilities and decorative touches. Beautiful place overall.

No cereal at breakfast time,limited choice. Not keen on the hand basin in the bedroom.Also the bedding a bit strange with the sheet folded over at the bottom of the bed.Not very comfortable like that!

Love the rooms. Good quality old fashioned furniture and rugs rather than carpeting. May not be to everyone's taste, but they are to mine. Breakfast also very good.

The price was a little expensive but really liked staying here.

The person we met on arrival was really friendly and helped us throughout the stay. Breakfast was lovely and overall loved the hotel.

I traveled with my daughter. A modesty screen on the shower would have helped.

The hotel is in a beautiful location yet easy to access. I found the host and all the staff extremely courteous and helpful. Would not hesitate to use again.

The way it has been converted very open but still with a traditional pub atmosphere. The in room fare was fantastic. The breakfast choice was amazing and absolutely brilliant vegetarian options

We were told we needed to order food by 2.45 as kitchen was closing 3-4. We did this and I needed to be at another venue by 4 anyway. 3.45 an hour after ordering food was still not there and I ended up having to cancel my order and skip eating as I couldn’t be late. The next morning at breakfast there were no suitable options for my daughters so I had to get them something on the way home. My beans came out cold but after a whizz in the microwave they did taste warmer.

I like how the rooms were cozy although a little strange the shower was in full view and my daughter was with me. Also only one bed which meant we had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults 2 children making me pay twice the cost.

The car park was full, but I parked free just down the road, and enjoyed the short stroll back to it in the morning.

Lots of old world charm, very comfortable, big room, tea tray with real milk, lovely atmosphere, good breakfast, staff were excellent, great value for money, Olney is a quaint town.

There were times when I needed to study, but it was noisy, but I just had to wait for the bar to close. On my last night I think there was home sort of issue as I kept hearing loud banging long after closing which is 2300. It appeared to originate from the enclosed area. Unfortunately on my last morning, I was unable to enjoy a hot breakfast as I was told there was an issue with the stove. I was disappointed as I went without breakfast for several days as I had other engagements to attend. However, all I was going to get that morning were pancakes and bacon and I can get that anywhere.

The breakfast was very hearty or light per your choice. The ambiance was inviting, warm, and well thought out. Noreen, Chris, and Cole were especially pleasing, nice, and accommodating. Both of their chef’s are on top of their game, and the overall experience delightful.
