Lovely house, super-clean and stylishly decorated, and so convenient for the town centre - Pulteney Bridge a pleasant 10-minute riverside walk away. Would definitely go back, and recommend.

The flat is totally great, clean, lot of space and has everything you need for living. Train Station is near by so you can easily go to other places or just enjoy the nice surrounding. The walk into Bath is maybe 10min with a nice walk. And the landlord is super nice and helpfull.

The wash basin was small but was restricted by the apartment's layout. The apartment is near the train track, so rather loud if you open the windows at night, but once closed, the sound was negligible. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The decor was stylish. Clean and new furniture, as were the kitchen appliances and utensils - very complete.

The couches downstairs were uncomfortable - it would have been nice to be able to relax after a busy day out and about.

We love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The host was super attentive and made everything go smoothly . Beds, linens, and towels were hotel quality. The walk to the center / Roman bath/ abbey made a lovely 10min stroll. Awesome shower and the complimentary bath products were real nice. Washer and dryer, and free parking were all major plus for us.

This is a fabulous little house in perfect location to visit Bath. Parking is free and easy. Beds are super comfortable and facilities are great. Host is very friendly and responsive. Fully recommend.

The walk to the city centre took about 15 minutes which made popping back to the house during the day unattractive with our 4 year old even though it's a lovely walk.

The house is a pleasant, cosy place with a spacious kitchen, a yard, and a nearby shop for groceries. The hosts were friendly, helpful and quick when we had a question. The walk from the house to restaurants and tourist spots is very scenic

Great hosts, very receptive to questions. Location is excellent near to train station but also a 10 minute walk to Pultney bridge along the river. Free parking is a fantastic bonus as I have paid 25 pound a day in the past. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons- stairs are a bit steep with bathroom door right at top so it is a little awkward. Place smelled of cigarettes, oddly concentrated in the bathroom (and none of us smoke). No matter how long we left the windows open it never dissipated. Train is close, but does shut down in later evening. None of these things were a major issue, just things to note.

Great communication and instructions from the host. Pros- location was great and easy to find, very comfy beds. Nice outside patio. Easily walkable to center, 10 minutes. Very clean with nice amenities.

I enjoyed the communication with Renee. She's very kind and helpful. The house location is good, city downtown and the check points are in walking distance. If I have a chance to come to Bath again, definitely I'll stay in this apartment again. Thanks again Renee.

Lounge and bathroom were both a bit small. Recommend the host add a French press to the kitchen.

It would have been nice to have a little more coffee and some milk for our tea.

I liked that we could park right next to the property and that it was walking distance to central Bath. The place was clean and comfortable. While the bedrooms were a nice size, the toilet was very small. I did like that there was ice available from the fridge.

Dog barking. Needs small milk in fridge. Bathroom is a bit small but has a large bathtub. Couldn't open windows in bedroom.

Lovely host, good communication. Very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. In a good location, nice walk across the bridge into town. Really convenient to have the free parking if travelling by car. Very clean and interesting decorative touches and nearly everything you need.

The walls are quite thin and the neighbours had a baby which kept us awake at night. It is what it is but should be noted if you're a light sleeper to bring earplugs.

The weather was a little inclement but it was February. And this is outside the hosts control. Other than that nothing.

location is excellent . Well with in a short walk of city centre. Renee was fabulous when I needed to delay check in by 24 hours because of a family issue. It was very clean. Well equipped. A host that cares about her guests! We were able to park right outside the front door. Everything was smooth and easy , we were even recommended some food delivery services! 100% . Especially liked the kitchen dinner as we could eat in the evening and then play games with the 6 year old before bed. Previously always stayed in hotels but this was excellent.

The house is light and airy but was nicely warm in late November. It is clean and furnished in modern style. Host responded quickly to queries before and during our stay. The parking permit was a great bonus.
