There was nothing we didn’t like.

The welcome was great. The food (supper and breakfast) was good quality and hearty. The room (No 4) was really comfy and funky.

Very small things, but would have been lovely to have some bubble bath and there were quite a few dishes unavailable at dinner and no smoked salmon at breakfast. Also for any one tall our room would have been challenging as very low ceilings, but beautiful beams! My husband struggled a bit!

Loved the beautiful split level room with mezzanine bathroom and amazing copper bath, pub food was delicious and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. So kind of them to upgrade our room and leave a bottle of prosecco in the room as we were celebrating my birthday. Location was perfect for going to a gig at the Riverside theatre and walking into town. Nice to ditch the car for the weekend!

can't think of much really. I think a recent flood had caused some issues in the cellar and kitchen as there were no draught beers and quite a few of the meals on the menu were unavailable on our stay.. Just unfortunate wet weather flood effected the variety available. What we had was good and piping hot.

Early breakfast required and was there waiting at 8am prompt. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Very tidy well appointed room. Comfortable bed although we found it a bit hot and the owner? manager? said that if we go again, let them know and they would put a lighter duvet on. Excellent.

Menu for dinner was ultra limited in choice.. Supplier issues. No cooked breakfast. Noise from guest room. door banging The King Superior Room's bed mattress was uncomfortable, too thin. We booked as a treat, meal out with a stop over and breakfast cooked for us. Feel like we were let down.

Breakfast chef didn't arrive. Staff served toast. Cereals and juice available.

Nice hotel with good proximity to town centre, however it seemed out of place with the surrounding buildings/area.

Breakfast was pleasant. Room was very nice, tastefully decorated, attractive bathroom with good shower.

The very busy road outside, only because we live in a quiet area so not used to it And guest room entrance had a few cigarette butts on the floor around the entrance which is not a good look

The hotel it's self was very nice and we enjoyed the room. The facilities were very good, the only thing we hadn't banked on or checked before we went was the timing of breakfast on a Sunday. We wanted to be up and gone early on the Sunday but the hotel/pub was closed at 8.30 am with the chef not turning up until 9am, when he would then I presume start cooking breakfasts. So we left having paid for a breakfast but not eaten it. This was a shame as the staff and the venue were very accommodating both the evening before and of the day of departure, the facilities were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. So no complaints anywhere apart from not having had breakfast.

We love the room decor.very quaint.the pub had a flood in the cellar the day we arrived and they had to close down the bar and food service but they let us stay still.lovely landlord , she handled everything amazingly.will definately stay again.

Breakfast in the morning wait time was a good 20-30mins, waitress informed us she needed to wake the chef, so if you were in a rush this would be a struggle.

Friendly and welcoming staff, was personal when we were shown to our room. Had both dinner and breakfast at the Broad Leys, both delicious.

Location of the second room. The door opened onto a courtyard with Bins Etc . Not up to the £180 a night standard. Couldn't use the teamaking facility because the kettle was very dusty and I was too tired to clean it up.

The breakfast was great. Your staff were very accommodating. Dinner the night before was excellent. The Linen in the room was excellent. Room 5 was comfortable.
