This place was in an awesome location close to bars and restaurants, nightlife etc. Formerly the old Bristol police station a long time ago, it's fairly new as a hostel and has been very nicely renovated with very cool decor that reflects the unique personality of Bristol including some custom wall artwork in the stairwells. My single room was of excellent standard for a very reasonable price and the shared bathroom was clean and modern. Very comfy bed which is hard to find in hostels. Great location.

Hallway was insanely warm compared to the rest of the rooms.

I didn’t like that the old doors make so much sound while opening and closing, it disturbs everyone in the room. The lift is very old, and operating that is quite some work.

I liked the bedsheet on the bunk beds, the toilets were always clean. The ground floor is the common room and it’s very cosy. The location is excellent - close to the city centre.

A very lovely and clean environment. The bedroom was perfect for a one night stay and we had had no issues whatsoever with the shared bathrooms. We felt comfortable throughout our visit, with a beautiful kitchen and living room area, and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

There was only one small bathroom for the dorms.

The hostel provides everything that is needed. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Public kitchen and breakfast for free. Beds with all around curtains for some privacy and lockers for the luggage.

Had to clean out shower drain full of hair because water was not flowing through. Was disgusting. Ponytail worth of hair found, very gross.

A little difficult to find even following Google maps...we were on foot to begin with No UBER driver had heard of this place so we had to ask them to drop/ pick up from the police station across the road but we enjoyed informing others where it was

The girl at the reception at 10am was not nice (the rest of the staff was great) and there were few showers. I didn’t like the location for a first time visitor

Cages to put my stuff in were a little awkward, didn't come with a lock so I could see how that might be frustrating.

The whole place was clean and operational. Rooms were big, bunks were decent, staff were lovely and for the price it was exceptional. No real complaints.

Excellent vibes. Truly lovely spot: cute, clean, comfortable, well-located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a leisurely breakfast with nice coffee and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Bedroom and corridor doors are noisy, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to use earplugs.

This is easily the nicest hostel I ever stayed in! I had a nice, spacious and bright single room. Shared bathrooms were clean and have powerful showers. Received a complimentary sleep kit with an eye mask and ear plugs. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Free breakfast cereals and a selection of teas and coffees. There is a 24 hour reception desk, all staff were very helpful. Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely book again the next time I visit Bristol.

Can be noisy but like mentioned, plugs help and after a certain time city becomes quieter so no real issue.

Good location. Little extras like eye mask, ear plugs were a bonus as it can be quite noisy in the city. Very comfortable bed. Large, clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee and cereal offered too. Very pleasant staff. Looking to book again imminently.
