Just the shower pressure could be a bit better.

The location was perfect for us. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We had a great room, very comfortable bed, water pressure in the shower could be better, but we managed ok🙂. The food was excellent with good portion size at dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Poor WiFi in the area.

Located just off the M6, this was an ideal stop-over on our journey south. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and very enjoyable. Good menu choices for evening meals.

Very difficult sometimes to park in the hotel itself but I understand you can park on the road nearby.

We had breakfast and dinner everyday and night we stayed and it was very good. The room itself was a little small but okay.

Great friendly staff who couldn't do more to help us - would definitely come back to stay! Accommodated an early check out for a race the next day, and left us a lovely continental breakfast outside the room! The room was lovely and clean, super comfortable and had all the amenities we'd need.

Very narrow archway into the car park tricky for anything other than small cars - but you can go (carefully and slowly) in the other way instead.

Nice decor in the room, it seemed a little noisy when we arrived - noise from the bar below - and other guests arriving sounded loud in the corridor outside, but that did not go on long and when we retired for the night, it was perfectly quiet - all night. Comfy soft bed. Good sized shower room with lovely hot water. Handy there was a restaurant (and bar) on site and a very good menu. Interesting decor on the walls in the bar and the restaurant. The breakfast was fine and there are options for vegans. If it had been warmer we would have enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden area next to the parking - very nice selection of planting there, a well looked after garden.

Everything! Wonderful staff, great quality food and lovely welcoming atmosphere.. cosy bar area , conservatory and pretty garden to sit in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Stayed in the Brantwood Hotel previously , must have thought it ok or we wouldn’t have booked again . The stay this time exceeded our expectations . From our initial welcome to settling our account everything was superb . The staff were really efficient and friendly all our meals were exceptional and excellent value for money . The room was spotless and very comfortable . The bar had loads of atmosphere and had a great choice of drinks. It is also really easy to access for those using the M6.

Breakfast disappointing and peculiar. Muesli comes in bowl with milk already added. Fat free yogurt not local and just put on table in carton. Lovely local butter but put on supermarket bread. No buffet table for juice or anything.

The hotel is in a lovely village but very close to motorway. The grounds are lovely and good parking is available.The hotel itself is full of character our room was great. Food in restaurant and breakfast excellent. All the staff very friendly and helpful .

There wasn't anything I didnt like. Even the weather was ok

Handy stopover on our way up to Inverness. Easy to find. Went and had a look at the lake nearbyWe had dinner which was ok. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Quite small but ok.
