cramped space fir clothes and eating breakfast together( 2 rooms). Tried to speak with staff / owners second day as water filter not working but could not get their attention after 2 separate attempts knocking their door.

Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and good breakfast basket. In a village near Kilmartin- which had good interesting museum and cafe and hotel offering good pub food fir evening dining.

If we had to find anything to comment on, we could have done with a larger litter bin and/or emptying the bin after first day, or instructions about recycling. Of course, the main reason we had more rubbish to dispose than expected was that the property was so brilliantly supplied with breakfast and snacks! :-)

The macerator toilet was noisy especially the first evening for some reason it seemed to be going off a lot through the night for no apparent reason

Continental breakfast was provided for self-service. It comprised everything one would want even if this space was - by necessity - small. Thew owners lived on the floors above thew bothy.

As others have said, finding it was a problem! We used Google and it missed by a few miles the first go round. (Google said it was on the main street of a town, but It’s actually in a small community of houses )

They were very friendly, and great hosts! A lovely basket of breakfast choices and fruit was there when we entered. The small space is nicely divided and decorated in a charming way. The beds are comfortable. Don’t forget to duck when going through the hobbit door!

The composting toilet is quite loud, especially for those in closest bedroom. No space for clothes or luggage storage - rooms are quite snug. A hallway between two bedrooms set with kettle and microwave is nice, but calling that with a little kitchen table in each room a "dining area" is a bit of a stretch.

Very cute, clean and comfy beds. Spacious bathroom. Good host communications. Tasty breakfast items. Bread, Fruit, Cereal. Good place for our one night stay.

Hard to find at first

This was a quiet location near Kilmartin. It was a little difficult to find...but once we arrived, we appreciated the quiet location. We had taken a red eye flight into Glasgow and drove up to Kilmartin and this b&b for our first night of needed sleep. It's also not too far from where we wanted to take the ferry to Islay and on to Jura. The pub in Kilmartin is close by and had great food. The b&b offers continental style self serve breakfast foods which were perfect for our travels.

The driveway is quite steep, but it wasn't a big issue!

Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and generous with the food they left - a variety of pastries, bread, cheese, milk, orange juice and cereal - which made our trip so much easier as there isn't a food shop anywhere nearby. The bedrooms were really cosy and comfortable, and we both slept very well! The hosts were informative and friendly about places to visit nearby which really helped with restaurants and finding activities, as we were only there for a short time and wanted to make the most of it.

There is nothing negative I can say about this accommodation. Everything was excellent.

we were very happy with our stay. Our hosts were amazing. The location of the property really lovely. The beds were super comfortable and my friend and I had amazing sleeps both nights we stayed. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Beautiful outside sitting area. We were lucky to travel and visit the area during very hot weather, so being able to sit out in partial shade was brilliant. We really cannot fault anything. The shower was really big, which perfectly suited me due to disability. The property was spotless and everything brilliant.

Expensive, but these are probably the nicest rooms in the area (including most hotels).

Very well presented rooms, very clean. As long as you have a car, all the local attractions are within reach. Breakfast was nice and as described, just a little cramped when making it! Host was lovely!
