The entrance to the accommodation is through the pub and the pub was quite busy in the evening. The staff at the reception were giving priority to the pub customers more than the guests arriving to check -in at their hotel. We had travelled from far and had to wait for our check-in process to finish just because the person at the pub was busy serving drinks to pub customers.

Fans were provided in the rooms which was very nice.

Basic room ,small.Some damage to bathroom fitments poorly repaired. A tad noisy as pub busy til midnight..lack of consideration from other residents re opening/closing doors.

Location was perfect for my trip to Rag n Bone man concert. Friendly staff ,giving local knowledge .Long stay car park a 2 minute walk away

We were above the pub but you couldn't really hear the speakers too much. The issue was the street noise which was very audible, although if a couple hadn't been having an argument in the street at 2am, we wouldn't have had any issues at all. There was some very obvious damp damage above the bay window but it didn't impact our stay. There was no mould or anything like that, just a large water stain.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, explained everything to us really well and made sure we fully understood the keys etc. The room was clean and had everything we needed, didn't have to ask for anything. Good central location. I might have marked down facilities as there wasn't any breakfast offered - but that was absolutely fine for our stay, thought I imagine some people may want that option. However there was ironing boards, hairdryer, a fridge, coffee and tea facilities. Was able to pay on arrival which was great.

was above a pub and noisy till late, very unprofessional checking in at the bar and having to people playing pool to get to your room, was ok for me as working and got there late and left early but wouldn’t recommend for families.

A bit noisy with the karaoke and the other guests on a Saturday night, but I guess it is a pub after all. All noise stopped around 11pm though when the pub shut and the other guests had gone to bed.

Excellent location, a comfortable and nice room, and friendly and helpful staff. I had surfboards with me and Michelle kindly offered to store them in a room in the pub.
