Shower room/toilet was really small and pretty cramped. We're not a big couple but I think we'd struggle being much bigger. TV remote wasn't working.

Really good location for the spa, lovely staff, nice lounge downstairs, comfortable room. All very clean.

The room and hotel got very hot in the evening so we had to have the room fan on every night.

The location is great and the hotel is very dog friendly. The beds were very comfy and our sea view was great.

The location is great, the hotel is very clean and friendly staff, bed's were comfy and the towels are really thick and soft.

If we're being honest. Breakfast was a little poor. It's continental style with a good selection. BUT! Breakfast is served until 10am. We went down at 9am. There wasn't much choice left. The fruit was mostly gone, the pastries were dwindling, there were no pancakes at all and there was no bacon either. When we asked if there was anymore being prepared, we were told they had run out. We were not the only disappointed customers either. Some actually asked to have the cost knocked off their bill, which the staff did without any fuss.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, clean and tidy. Good facilities for guests. We've never stayed in a hotel with the dog, but we liked it and the dog seemed to enjoy it too.

I would not say I didn’t like the breakfast but the selection was limited and due to some greedy guests the limited selection of food was also scarce. I could see 1 lady running around trying to keep up with the demand but found when we arrived at 8:40 (closed 9:30)there was nothing left to eat yet on checkout they had added our visit to the bill. The receptionist did remove this after our conversation

The hotel is well positioned and with the free parking is excellent for us visiting the coast. The staff are all very friendly & helpful at the hotel and the cleaning staff do a very good job cleaning with it also being dog friendly as you could not smell anything that would have you believe dogs were there.

Been next to the lift, every time somebody used the lift it was a terrible noise…. 23:35 the lift stopped until early hours when people were up and about using lift again… the noise from the lift shaft kept us awake….

The extra £35 charge for the dog wasn’t very clear on booking.

Great staff, the free coffee was delicious. Fantastic place to take the dog on a short break! Dogs really are welcomed.

So the room this time was a bit tight and bathroom even more so - so I’d think twice about booking a Boot room again - also no way to keep window open and v warm and stuffy - pillows v lumpy and not supportive and need replacing - some of the furniture starting to look v shabby and needs replacing - room doors with auto closers clunk shut v loudly which is a nightmare from 7-9am - also lots of noise in back alley between 5-6am on two days - so not as great as prior trips but I’d still stay here as hotel of choice in Scarbo! 👍

Mattress a little too hard, could do with air con as room stifling hot, tv did not work, but these were only minor issues

The breakfast was excellent,especially the little yogurt pots, bacon cooked to perfection, and so much choice. Love the coffee and cake at 4pm, liked the coffee maker in room
